I don't know what kind of work these people do, but their lack of professionalism is astounding, as is their decision, for us, that having rainwater pour through our structure, is NOT a roofing emergency. Gentlemen, if you can't or won't do a job, don't jerk people around while their trying to protect their home. Just say so, so we can all move on. The large crew arrived dressed in company uniforms and brought lots of safety equipment. They did a fantastic job! In one day, they ripped off the old shingles, replaced all the old plywood, and installed a beautiful new roof. They also did a great job cleaning up around the house. They were quick to respond a fix a portion that needed a little more care. They inspected one year later and called several times to make sure there were no issues. Everyone who works there is very friendly and customer service is in their culture.
