In addition their communication is slow, their phone is never answered and they don't call you back to discuss details or answer questions or explain anything. Edit after their response: While they say they came to the property, they never did. They gave us a quote from satellite photos and never even saw the rain damages which was the reason I reached out in the first place. When they said they couldn't reach the tenant, I immediately provided them with the photos and videos I had. The tenant also called them to follow up and was informed that nothing else was needed. Yet I had to email again days later to ask if the quote was ready. I emailed asking for someone to discuss / explain the quote to me and got a response asking for a time to call. I shared my availability and have not received any calls. I tried calling them yet there was no answer. Finally 2 weeks later we had to call another contractor come and take photos of all the rain damage and provide a proper quote. Then when I shared this review the owner immediately called me. I've attached the communication that started on the 8th of July. I would like them to provide me with the images and proof/report from the onside inspection they did. They are lying, as they never stepped foot on my property to see and assess the damages.

The ENTIRE installation crew was the best ever (DJ, Leo, Stan, 2 Dylans and must apologize if forgetting someone). They were friendly, competent, dedicated to doing a good job and willing to go above and beyond. They took time to explain everything and did a through clean up before leaving. They even left a small bottle of paint just in case...unnecessary because their work was meticulous. What this means is that after they put the window in, there might be some small gaps or damage to Sheetrock, where it's not quite ready to be painted without some Sheetrock mud and sanding. After I reread the contract, and fully processed it, I was ready to move on. There were a few minor issues such as the wrong screens coming in, a window that broke during transit, and the wrong roller, but we were able to come up with a solution for everything. It's not a high profit operation, so they don't just throw cash at you such as some larger companies, when there's a mistake, but each solution was fair to all involved. The reason I went with Window King is because they're the only authorized distributor of Okna products in our area, and those were the only slider windows where both sashes move and pop out. This makes it easy to replace the sash if something breaks, and it also allows for easy cleaning of my second story windows. I am truly amazed by the color accuracy, light transmission, and lack of heat transmission of these windows. In the past, there would be a warm spot on the carpet where the sun spot hit. Now, the sun spot is the same temperature as the surrounding area. According to the stickers, there's almost have the light coming in, but they are so much easier to clean, that the amount of light actually feels higher than the awning windows I replaced. They are easy to operate, look great, and come with a lifetime warranty. The pricing is extremely reasonable for what you get. The installers did a great job, and were a pleasure to work with.

They were responsive, quoted us fairly, on time, professional and lead with integrity. Last fall when we received the quote, we had some other repairs on the house that needed to be completed first. Davco told us what we could do in the meantime to tide us over, which they were under no obligation to do. Their suggestions worked AND when we reached out to them last month to say we were ready to start our chimney and foundation work, not only did they honor the quote, they had us booked on the calendar within a week. On 4/24/25 I contracted with Davco to have a cement sidewalk connecting the existing east side…read moresidewalk around the back of the home to a existing patio then from the patio up the west side of the home connecting to the existing front sidewalk. The contract stated 98LF,5"wide, and 6" deep as discussed.the price of the job was 8,400.00 which was paid in cash 50% to start, 25% after removal of forms and 25% upon completion. The job was started approximately June 10th, by mid August the cement was pitting, a crack formed where the sidewalk meets the patio, no backfill was placed and cement on the garage and house.Dave was contacted and did send a worker to clean but nothing else was addressed. Two other workers stopped by and stated the job was not done correctly there is a heaved, and the crack was a combination of no rebar and excavation was not done properly. Fast forward to April 2026,after the winter there is a second crack on the east side connecting to the existing front sidewalk. My husband contacted Dave via email stated the job is not complete no backfill still and two cracks now. Dave set a worker to backfill and stopped himself where he had a conversation with my husband about the cracks and in his mind the job was completed and offered no reason for the cracks. I have left 2 voice messages May/June No response! The ironic piece of this story the supervisor of this job stopped by August 2025 on his own to make the necessary corrections to the job. Unbeknown to us he had been fired from Davco 2025 based on two botched jobs one being a garage as told to us by an employee. All I want is what I paid for and a little customer service goes a long way. The owner could care less if a customer is pleased. He tries to bully people by his attitude and belligerent manners. Made a complaint to the BBB which he has not responded to. I would not recommend him or his company to a dead man!
