The fresh corn tamale with the smoked cream sauce was divine: the lightest, fluffiest masa with fresh corn and mushroom filling with a delicious smokey crema blanketing it. We used our bread to get every bit of the sauce. I had the fresh tagliatelle with morels and liver pate sauce, while my sister had the roast suckling pig entree and my niece had the fresh black cod with beurre blanc sauce (which allowed us to use the bread to soak up the sauce) We finished with surprise dessert from the kitchen, as we had noted in our reservation that we were celebrating birthdays.
