They set up a phone call with Massimo to help me out with a financial issue related to stock options from my former employer. Massimo has always been an utmost professional - he has listened to all of my concerns, always offering honest and helpful advice. There was even a follow up bill related to the same issue mentioned before, and Massimo was able to spot an error the IRS made, cutting our amount owed in half! How can I complete my obligations when they throw you paperwork to complete but then never take your calls or emails again for assistance?
