From local to traveling acts, from punk bands and karaoke talent to gritty stand-up and flirty burlesque, this place has it. If you're up for a night that doesn't stink of ordinary, swing through that creaky door and take in a most memorable evening. If there is a cover, it's usually nominal. Drinks are cheap, served by a great crew that's always up for a laugh and cheers. I noticed a big red counter/clock on the wall across from us and after a few seconds we deduced it was a decibel meter. I'm curious if they have restrictions here for noise - AOK by me. The volume was generally alright (a little loud but what isn't?) and they actually had a sound guy in the corner making sure the volume and quality sounded good. It's reasonable prices and the food is ok. I've never had an issue with rude people or anything and I have never met the post commander. I've spoken to him on the phone a few times and he seems decent enough. If you qualify for membership, it's a nice outdoor venue for a party. We are having my daughter's graduation party and it's not over the top expensive to use for a few hours. We played bingo there yesterday and it was cheap enough. I've never been to a bingo hall and the last time I played bingo was almost 20 years ago at a church in Massachusetts. We are actually looking to be more visible at the place so I think I will be going quite a bit in the near future.

We each purchased three packs, and we found that we had some trouble keeping up, so if you don't play bingo too often, stick to one or two packs. They also have pull-tabs, but I'd stay away from those and stick with the raffle if I were you. It's a congenial, family-friendly environment, and the wife had a great time.
