We had THE WORST experience. They also didn't ask my girlfriend or I to check the back of the truck before leaving which they are required to do. Despite all of this, the staff has taken ZERO accountability and denies all responsibility. I filed a police report and allowed Saving Moving to do their "internal investigation." After multiple texts and calls for an update they never replied until a month later, saying they are unwilling to do anything to help. Not even file an insurance claim on their end. It's disgraceful and their manager's insensitivity to the situation has been beyond frustrating. As I told them throughout this whole process, this is not about the money ($650 value), it's the principal that my belongings were lost or stolen ON THEIR WATCH. But they don't give a shit about their customers as long they get paid. So do yourself a huge favor and take your business elsewhere.
