Wanted $1400 for new pads and rotors and still not replacing the caliper that had causing the problem. They purposely continue to fix the current issue, but could care a less about fixing the cause. A local shop fixed the pads, rotors AND calipers for less than quality car wanted to just replace the pads and rotors. This place is dishonest and overpriced. Call around and find an honest reasonably priced local garage...you'll be much happier!!

Each time I was impressed with their warm friendly atmosphere, their communication with me in regards to the progress, their professionalism, efficiency, and the quality of their work. They have finished my vehicles on time or even a bit early as compared to their initial time estimate. As an added bonus, they are the only preferred vendor for my insurance company in the county and as such, there was no need to wait for an adjuster nor did I need to get multiple estimates. From my perspective there is no need to go anywhere else for auto body repair. You will not be even a little disappointed...

I received a rental car with the tire pressure and check engine lights on, along with incorrect paperwork. This should have been my first red flag. When I called to report the mistakes, the receptionist dismissed it. After picking up my car, I called to say the backup camera wasn't working. The receptionist told me to stop by for a scan. When I did, I was told Bradley wasn't there and to come back after the weekend. On Monday, they walked out, checked the camera, and said it needed an "update" but everything was working, and I needed to take it to the dealership. They claimed they would go after my insurance if the they were found at fault. That's unacceptable; if they are at fault, they should own up to it. The dealership found that my camera and harness were corroded and needed replacing. I spoke with Gerald, who claimed corrosion was impossible in a sealed box - a clear sign he didn't know what he was talking about. The owner, Brad, eventually called. He admitted Gerald was wrong, and the camera didn't need an update, but now refuses to fix the backup camera, calling it a "known-issue," even though it worked perfectly before I brought my vehicle in. This company has lied multiple times throughout this entire process, from start to finish. They cannot be trusted with your vehicle

We were driving on the highway adjacent to the center when a large rock undoubtedly flung from their operating unguarded lawnmower. The rock caused severe damage to my vehicle. When I called to discuss the damage, the owner was extremely rude and essentially wrote me off and hinted that I was fabricating the story. Proceeded to ask me "why isn't there grass on the highway then". I wasn't going to waste my time teaching this scholar basic physics and decided to go talk to a lawyer instead. It's amazing these people can handle the day to day operations of a business.
