I don t know about you, but I can t be without my system for three weeks, so I purchased a new (Toshiba) laptop while I was there. ONE YEAR LATER, just after the warranty expired, the cooling system died. Brought it back to Best Buy, again they wanted me to leave it with them for several weeks. Instead, I called around a couple of local places. Christian at Tech CS returned my call the same day so I brought it to him. I am SO GLAD I did! Christian diagnosed it and ordered the part the same day. While it took a few days for the part to arrive, he installed it immediately and went the extra mile to make sure it was working properly long-term. The price was very reasonable!! So I decided to bring my Dell to him too to see if he could get it up and running. I hadn t used it since buying the new one and it had developed an additional, ticking noise upon starting and wouldn t boot up at all He fixed that one too!!! Not only did he do it within a few days (I didn t need it back right away) but he found that by swapping the memory card around it resolved the issue and I didn t need an expensive repair. Competence AND honesty AND responsiveness - you can t beat that combination! He also guarantees his work for a full year. His family and friends were so shocked how wrong they got it that the family opted to close the casket. His complexion was absolutely wrong, his hair had makeup in it and was not combed properly.
