Called 6am Wednesday to refill medication - left message. Called Friday 1:30 to check if ready. no. out of stock. will be in Monday. Monday is a holiday "well I guess Tuesday is their reply." Went in Tuesday. medication not ready - will be 30min. not ready by 6pm that night. went in Wednesday. medication not ready. will be another 30min. getting a prescription should NOT take a week to process. employees are rude and not helpful. read more

Horrible! This place has gone down the tubes drastically! I just switched pharmacies again! Bartell's never rebounded after COVID, or since their remodel! They are so slow and incompetent, especially since many of the older pharmacists retired! They are sending texts saying prescriptions are ready, but when you arrive, they are not! Ignorant counter staff, one guy is just awful, he contradicts himself all of the time, he doesn't listen, and can't spell! No drive- up window open anymore! Then after going home exasperated, I get texts saying my "prescription is ready", but they are going to close for lunch! They are so ridiculous! This review is actually for the pharmacy. I love Bartell's or at least I used to. Since selling out to Rite Aid the pharmacy has really gone downhill. Before prescriptions got filled really timely. Now they are never complete. It's always come back in anywhere to a half hour to several hours. Even when I call for a refill and give a couple days they are not ready. I always wait a day to fill a prescription for my family from a doctor appointment unless it's an emergency. Still never ready so that means wait, wait, wait or go home and come back wasting time and worse gasoline. read more

They used to be great, then Rite Aid bought them and they closed the only other location in Snohomish and it has gone downhill faster than a loose boulder. It takes more than three days to get prescriptions that the doctor sent overfilled, they never have a medication I regularly take for the last 5 years in stock (Poor planning/ordering on the pharmacist), and they tend to fill things incorrectly (your whole job is counting pills and following instructions). They are short staffed and over worked because Rite Aid sucks! read more

This pharmacy has gone downhill in the last few months probably since Rite Aid acquired them. Number one nobody EVER answers the phone so I have to come all the way in and stand in a 20 person long line just to see if my prescription is going to be filled. I mean honestly that is very unacceptable. If they are short staffed they need to hire people PERIOD! The phones really need to be answered-I call Fred Meyer in Monroe and they always answer. Then I went to fill a medication and the pharmacist never said there was a shortage yet today a day later a new pharmacist says they don't have it in?? I mean come on it is supposed to be a professional business and nobody knows what is going on? This place is a hot hot mess and I say don't get any prescriptions filled there! I came in tonight at 7 to get my prescription that was sent in at 1:30 and the hours online and calling the store were both different. I got inside after calling and being told the pharmacy was open until 8, there was a paper saying they were now closing at 7pm, They had everything locked up and appeared to be closed however there was still 3 employees working. My prescription was not ready and the lady I had a conversation with was extremely rude and seemed unhappy to help me. I understand they were closing earlier but you can't expect anyone to know that if it's not posted online and if the store itself is saying a different time then what's on the paper. read more

Horrible customer service. Went to pick up my grandsons 2 prescriptions and only one was in the bag when we got home. I called the Dr and both had been called in I then called into Bartell's to say hey you forgot one of two. On it was just filled. Why didn't you give me both when I was there I don't know. They need to shut this pharmacy down fire everyone in the store including the manager I have never in my life had such terrible customer service the pharmacy does not pick up the phone you cannot leave a message for the pharmacy to call you back or do a refill because their voice messaging is always full and they don't empty it not even the staff that works the cash registers and the merchandise pick up the phone the only people that get through to the pharmacy are the doctors offices terrible horrible horrible people they're nothing but a bunch of pods . The Bartell's in Snohomish used to be my favorite pharmacy to go to for prescriptions. Now with the new gals behind the pharmacy, it takes forever to get a prescription filled and sometimes, I get a notification that it's filled and I go there and it has not even begun to get filled. The young gals talk nonstop to each other and don't see that there are people in line waiting to get helped. These ladies are not professional at all. I feel bad for the older lady that has been there forever and has to put up with these new gals. I will not be going back here for my prescriptions. read more

Pharmacy service was so unresponsive that I had to leave. I waited at the desk with nobody in front of me for a solid 10 minutes while the girls chit chatted. I had some teeth pulled and been prescribed an antibiotic. My son went to pick it up for me and they filled it without question. Unfortunately the antibiotic was a Amoxicillin, and I happen to be allergic to Penicillin (information is on file with Bartell Drugs). They filled the prescription and sent it home with my son without comment or warning that this drug might also have harmful side effects due to my Penicillin allergy. When I called to ask about this later in the day, the pharmacist I spoke with didn't seem very concerned until after I said just how upset I was. Very noncommittal about it, didn't even bother to apologize, but finally said they'd make another note to note all Penicillin derivatives. Does it take a death to get an apology? Calling my dental office to talk to them next, but I count on my Pharmacy to be on the alert in case something interacts or flags a listed allergy. BARTELL FAILED. read more
