Called, set up an appointment and the service repairman came . His name was Dean. He called before he was to arrive, he knew exactly how to fix the issue. He gave me a hint on removing the filter. Told me to make rabbit ears on the filter with duck tape. That way I can pull the filter out. I told him I was disappointed the installers did not show me how to remove the filter. After all, I really was not thrilled that I had to have a service call. The best part of this review is that there wasn't any charge, he gave me a pound of hummingbird coffee , a fabulous tip on removing the filter and we shook hands. Very thankful for the rabbit ear tip, everyone should learn this! Very pleased with Hummingbird, the service repairman Dean and my pound of coffee. But the best part... no charge. They shut off the furnace in the middle of winter and refused to turn it back on, saying that you don't want to see a big headline on the local newspaper. Of course, anything burning will emit CO and I have CO monitors nearby. Another company simply did maintenance on the furnace and said the furnace still works great.

We used Nathan Drake of Drake's Heating & Air to purchase and install two high efficiency propane…read morefurnaces in two houses at Mexico Point for a cost of a little over $8,000. One in 2015 and one in 2016. We have had problems with both furnaces. Nathan kept making BS excuses as to why the furnaces were not preforming correctly. We ended up bringing in two other furnace repair people from two other furnace companies who explained to us that the installations were not correct for high efficiency propane furnaces. The rattling sound from one furnace was cause by an inadequate air supply. The exhaust for one of the furnaces was placed illegally close to a section of the roof above the exhaust. We had to pay another furnace company to fix these installation problems. Needless to say, look elsewhere for qualified furnace installation and repair.
