Listen to their conversations while you wait, it's extremely amusing, they are very down to earth guys. I took my phone to get the cracked screen fixed and they returned it after a full day of having it after they said the fix would only be a few hours. Once I got my phone back it would turn off every few minutes and showed a "not an apple part" error message in my settings about the screen. I called and they said to bring it back in. I brought it back and they fixed the screen error but since then now my speaker doesn't work, the phone has never acted the same and when talking on the phone people constantly say they can't hear me. Super irritating since it is a close to new Iphone and all I needed was a simple screen repair which turned into a now broken hardly useful phone at all. I was happy to discover that Bartlett Electronics (a shop I pass multiple times a week) repairs shattered iPhone screens. I dropped off my phone with them on a Tuesday morning, and 30 minutes later it was good as new. The two guys working there are cheerful, friendly, helpful, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. Plus they have a sense of humor. The cost ($120) was the same as my silly AT&T insurance "deductible." What a racket. I've canceled that insurance, and I'm going to rely on these guys from now on. Unreal. Needed new battery for my work phone. They quoted and said would have it the next day. Told them no hurry could wait a day or so no problem. Explained that I would be coming on my lunch hour and wanted to be sure they could install at that time. Arrived about 11:30am and was told that FedEx wouldn't deliver till 3:00pm. Brought in 2 iPods to be repaired. One to have the screen replaced, and one to have a battery replaced. I picked up the one with the broken screen the same day. They said the battery one wasn't charging still, and said they would call me when it was ready. Nearly 4 months later, they still didn't call me. So, I went to pick it up. They then said they couldn't fix it. But when I left and was taking a close look at the iPod, the charging port was pushed out of place. Hidden jewel in the heart of Bartlett. They deserve MORE THAN 5 stars. I stumbled on this shop a few years ago and have nothing but positive experiences with them. Most of the time, repairs are made while I wait. Occasionally, they will need to order a part so it takes a few days. Bartlett Electronics was recommended to me by a friend when I cracked my iPhone 6 screen around New Years, and I'm so very glad I went. The guys there are extremely knowledgable and very friendly, and are very clearly not trying to just get you in and out, but want to make sure you have the best repair you can get. My screen was originally white, but at the time they only had black in stock, so they set me up with a black screen (as my phone was on the verge of unusable) and I was able to come back at a later time to have it switched out with a white one, no problem at all. I found Bartlett Electronics thanks to a Groupon e-mail. I needed a shattered screen on my iPad replaced. The Groupon price drew me in, but the fast, professional job was far more than I expected. I was able to pick up my iPad in a couple of hours after dropping it off. Yesterday morning I dropped my Samsung phone at 8:45 a.m. Cracked my screen to the point that it immediately went black.
