I had to come here to get my MacBook Air Laptop fixed. I called my local computer repair shop and they just kept saying they would call me back but never did and it would take longer. So, I called this repair shop and I paid for it and they ordered the part over the phone and said I could come in the next day to get it fixed. They called the next day and said the part was in and that I could come by. I drove up and they fixed my laptop within 30 minutes plus fixed some other stuff about at no charge. Yes, I highly recommend this computer repair shop because they know what they are doing and are real fast at doing it. straight up. this guy needs to go back to school. i purchased a laptop from this guy. after 10 days i brought it back because it stopped working. when i brought it back, also brought an older computer to have it checked out. the older computer had an extra battery. he looked at it switched batteries to check out the older laptop. after he exchanged the broken laptop and helped putting the older laptop in the bag i had both laptops in and left. when i got home later i couldn't find the extra battery. i searched my car and the house. two weeks later i returned the 2nd laptop because it also stopped working. i returned and brought the laptop back and asked if i left the battery from the older laptop. he said, no. when i handed the 2nd laptop to him and he handed me the 3rd laptop. i took it home and charged it up only find out this 3rd computer wasn't working at all. i then took it to another repair store only find out that it didn't have a hard drive and the screws weren't even in the back of the 3rd computer. save yourself and good someplace else. read more

Was in and out in less than 30 mins. Employees there were really nice. For $5 I found a glass screen protector for my iPhone 6+ in the clearance bin. They put it on after I got my cracked screen replaced and had no problem when I mentioned yelps' 5% discount. They also pointed out the coffee while I waited. Overall great customer service! So my girlfriend broke her iPhone for a second time in less than a year and we had a bad experience with the last people we used, so of course we consulted with Yelp and found this place. Great place to fix a shattered iPhone screen! I just walked in without an appointment, they took my phone right away and had it back in 20 minutes or so. They have an Apple TV, so you can watch pretty anything while you wait. As far as the workmanship, you can tell it's not the original screen and materials, but the difference was minimal to me and the touch screen worked perfectly. No complaints, and hopefully no more shatters! In my opinion a tad pricey just to fix the screen, but MUCH cheaper than it would be to take it to the Apple Store, and if you check in on Yelp you get a $5 off coupon. read more

This place is a hidden gem. They are located in the back of the building of with the relax the back store at corner of poplar and perkins. We had an iphone that was not working. The people were super friendly. The technician was fast with the repair. The prices are super reasonable (depending on generation of iphone--newer more expensive) . The prices are listed on the website. Why make a appointment with the snobby people in the genius bar where you have to wait and feel bad about yourself and spend a ton of money? Go to sts repair. They have been open since January and are a local business. if you decide to wait while your phone is being fixed, they have hulu plus and netflix on apple tv for you to watch. i highly recommend them. I just paid them over $350 so I earned the right to eat them up on this poor review. First of all, it is never a good idea to be condescending with your customer. I paid for anew screen and a poorly made screen protector (found that out after the fact). A couple of days after the screen was replaced I noticed a small area that looked like a yellow light bulb on my screen. I sent a message to them that went unanswered. A few days later I sent an email about it. I also noticed a crack in the screen protector and thought that was odd, but since I had not noticed it before I just let it go. I did not get a quick response to my email so I called. The guy who answered told me he had answered my email and told me to bring the phone back and as long as there was no water damage it was covered under warranty. Again, odd, why would I water damage my phone and expect a screen repair to fix it. I took it in that Saturday when I was off work. I got bad vibes from the guy right away with him muttering under his breath that he always checks very carefully for these things when he fixes the screens, then he said it looked like a "puncture" mark. I asked him what that means and I guess he decided not to elaborate on it. He gave me the phone back and told me he did not have a screen in stock and to bring it back on Monday. He repeated to me to be sure not to crack the screen. I told him I don't go around intending to crack my screen. I brought the phone back on Monday and he was just as annoyed and sarcastic with me, told me the screen was cracked and he warned me not to crack it. What the hell! Screen cracked. I did not drop my phone. I asked him some questions about the screen burn defect and wondered if it may have weakened the screen and caused a crack. He of course would not admit that as a possibility. I reluctantly allowed him to replace the screen and he charged me full price to do it. No problem, I have the money but that is the last of my money he will ever get. I'm lost to him as a customer and I will definitely share my unpleasant experience with everyone I know for a very long time. I will add that the attitude, sarcasm and condescending talk is the reason I will never use them again. I may have gotten over the misfortune of my screen cracking only a week or so after they repaired it, but I will never forget the treatment I got; Never. read more

It's a lot better than going to IFIx and waiting effin hours for something to get fixed. Fixed my screen nicely but when I called he told me it would be a certain price but when I got there he said they were out of that specific screen so I had to pay way more. Told me about other problems after fixing it as far as my sound not working but didn't offer much solutions.
