Well, let me make it easy for you, don't waste your time with anyone else. My wife and I ended up doing a $300k+ landscape and pool package at our house in Groton and when it came to irrigation, we got lucky and landed on 'the one.' We engaged 5 different vendors (one of which was Rodrigo w/ Mary Joe) to price out the modifications to our existing system, as well as price an entire new system. We did a 120+ head system, 10+ zones and made a selection to go w/ Rodrigo. There is a level of care and appreciation that you can tell Rodrigo takes with your property while he's there working. The layout was well thought out, head placement along with the specific head choice was on point. They crushed the installation; the guy is a machine! He came back to check on things as the hydro came in, and the sod continued to root, you could tell that he takes pride in what he touches. If you're looking for someone who is on top of his game, communicative, professional, and an all-around great guy who maintains transparency throughout his work, look no further. This guy can take on new systems, fix and/or troubleshoot issues with existing, and then some. Each year, you have to wait longer to get your system hooked up for the summer. If they are so backlogged, which was what they said in 2012, they should hire more people. I found cigarette butts all over my yard from one of the male workers. The owner is very condescending. For example, " Well, I told you that last year." Well annotate the bill so I can remember your recommendation! IAW with their mailing, they want access to your home for spring & fall, yet, they don't need access in the fall. I learned when I took time off from work. They charge $75 for 10 minutes of actual work (plus a carpet of cigarette butts on the lawn). I should have stuck with manual sprinklers with timers. I'd save $200 a year. 2015: Here we go again. It's the latter part of May & still waiting & waiting for a confirmation, status, appointment, anything that "serves the customer" by keeping them informed. I email them & nasty Patty replies with a snarky email then tells my appointment is tomorrow. Eegads! I wished I never started with this company. 2016: It's almost Memorial Day & 90 degrees this week and still no spring set up. They sent an email saying they cannot distinguish spam emails from real emails unless we enter our names in the Subj line, yet their email to the customers is "info". How hypocritical! Emailed them twice about their schedule & received 2 abrupt responses that said, "Nope. Check next week. Patty" !!!!!HIRE MORE PEOPLE to handle this workload!!!!! 2018: Mid May & still waiting for my sprinkler set up. They send emails with an appointment that don't agree with my schedule. It's punishment if you can't firm up their date vs your date when they wait 1-2 more weeks. I've been so patient with nasty snarky Patty. 2019: It's past Memorial Day. Called Sarasin midday & miraculously a female answered the phone. First, I asked if they were still in business. She immediately asked who I was.
