I got one more estimate that was in the same range but decided to go with AGD&G based on the reviews. It was easy to get on the schedule, they just showed up and the install took a little over an hour. The price was exactly as verbally quoted, no surprises whatsoever. The new garage door opener works great! It's quiet, easy to use and the wifi connectivity will come in very handy. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend.

They have always provided excellent service any time I have needed parts or on-site service. Recently, one of the belts snapped. AGD did not have the belt in stock, but they redirected me to Lift-Master since the belts have a lifetime warranty if you are the original owner. Lift-Master did send me a new belt at no charge (only the belt). The standard procedure is to take the hardware off the old belt and use it on the new belt...but one of the old parts didn't fit the new belt. I reached out to American Garage Door again and they were able to provide a new part that fit. I also had an issue putting the protective cap back on the sprocket since the new belt seemed to be just a bit thicker than the old 26 year old belt. American Garage Door checked with their technician and called me back the next day as promised. Great service each and every time!
