We thought we had made a great choice because there were many positive reviews of this mower, However, when it was delivered, we tested it. We were upset because it was quite difficult to cut the grass when going uphill. The Toro online store said we cannot return the product once we have added fuel (gas and oil) to it. That's when I called The Hitch Man, and Adam said I should bring the mower to his store in Taneytown, MD, and that he would do his best to help. Once I went over to the store, Adam and his team helped me take the heavy mower out of my minivan, they added their own gas, and adjusted the mower so that it could propel easily up hill. I am grateful for Adam and his team. I recommend this store 100%.

But, had never experienced the issue I was having and couldn't figure out why it was happening. I called this place, explained my problems to the guy. He told me he knew how to fix it, but "couldn't tell me over the phone". He said bring it down and we will take a lookout at it. He told me they are in Warrenton, Va. well over an hour from me. I said "no, I'm not bringing it to you, I just need to know why it's happening." He repeated himself saying he couldn't tell me over the phone. I said "why not?" He didn't have an answer. He just didn't want to tell me because he wasn't getting my business. Thats pretty sketchy to me. Knowing he wasn't getting my business either way, there was no reason he couldn't have told me.
