Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. He was quick to get to me and was super nice and helpful. Due to the battery being completely dead and corroded we couldn't get the car into neutral so he helped get it into neutral. Additionally once the car was on the truck he asked if any keys on the key ring I might need which I hadn't even thought about. Overall it was a great experience super quick and very helpful. Way better than other experiences I've had in the past.

He also said they would have to tow it from the rear and because it had a hard, folding bed cover (factory installed) his boss would not allow them to tow it. Afraid the cover would blow off and damage the cab (not likely with a folding hard cover). I called AAA back and they are sending another company. They confirmed that their carriers use dollies, skates and whatever is necessary all the time. So, if you want a bunch of excuses as to why they can't tow your vehicle - call A&D. If you don't want to waste your time - call another towing company.

The lady i spoke to on the phone said they had 4. I went to the yard, i walked up and down the Dodge/Chrysler section and only seen 1 dodge magnum matching mines. So i walked to the entrance of the yard to ask the lady at the desk if she could tell me the exact location of the other 3 Dodge Magnums. She said she couldnt, that i had to look online myself. I said i did. But i couldnt find them. She called some other short blonde big lady to deal with me. That lady came from the front door with another customer. The lady behind the register told her my question and the big lady said: where is your phone? I said in my pocket. First off, that is not the way to talk to a customer like she knew me. Second, she dont know if people are up to date with mobile devices, she shouldnt assume. That is not the way to talk or treat any of your customers. I simply asked her for the location of the other 3 magnums and she kept saying i need to look on the website. I told her i did and that it dont match the yard. So we both got heated and she told me to leave. I drove 40mins to the yard because they told me they had 4 magnums, i paid my entrance for nothing. I got kicked out for asking a simple question: where are the other 3 magnums you told me you have?

JJ admitted that he lied in the thread I've listed above. His personal races, King's Dominion and a plethora of other activities take precedence over your hard earned hot-rod and your safety. This man will make up stories to fit his needs as to why your car isn't performing properly. Avoid this place at all costs. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

We bought a Toro 21-inch recycler lawn mower directly from the Toro online store. We thought we had made a great choice because there were many positive reviews of this mower, However, when it was delivered, we tested it. We were upset because it was quite difficult to cut the grass when going uphill. The Toro online store said we cannot return the product once we have added fuel (gas and oil) to it. That's when I called The Hitch Man, and Adam said I should bring the mower to his store in Taneytown, MD, and that he would do his best to help. Once I went over to the store, Adam and his team helped me take the heavy mower out of my minivan, they added their own gas, and adjusted the mower so that it could propel easily up hill. I am grateful for Adam and his team. I recommend this store 100%.
