My boy will attend Alberta Summer Games starting July 19 to July 33 2023. I started to pack for him . I always prepared extra swimsuits for him in case. This morning I took his swimsuit from my closet, I checked the brand new swimsuit, my god! It shows size "38" wave bigger than his current size. I realize I got a wrong size one once I purchased in Ernie's. I was in hurry I didn't have time to find out the original receipt, but I know in Ernies computer there always has all my purchase history information in that. once I reached out there front desk and told them I got a wrong size swimsuit which is wave bigger for my boy. if available I would like to switch a proper size for my boy. The front desk checked the computer with my files , at the same time I told the front desk lady " last year 2022 about end of August, I met a nice lady who was working for Ernie's. She told me I could switch the size if it isnot fit my boy due to my boy away from Grande Prairie . once my boy back he tried it on , but not fit him. I switched the swimsuit in store with the lady help. I so appreciateD. and the same time I bought an extra swimsuit again on September 23/2022. I did not know what happened to me I got completely wrong size extra one for my boy .Maybe staff brought a wrong size one for me and I didn't check it. Today I went to Ernies to ask them switch a proper size for me. I was told I bought the swimsuit more than one and a half years ago, they can't switch it for me. I know it was not more than a year for sure, but I didn't bring original receipt with me. I was so disappointed and frustrated. I asked them to print out the nearest purchase receipt for me. I was still told I bought it one and half years ago!!!!!!! I was frustrated I had to away from the store. as you know English is not my first language, I always feel shy when I try to explain something to someone, worse to argue with someone even if it was not my fault. I felt so disappointed and frustrated dealing with the manager today in Ernie's. I wish I could have dealed with very nice person who could make me feel more comfortable and confident in English..... my god..... I had a very bad experience and a terrible time in Ernie's today..... I don't care if I can switch or not, just please make sure do your job properly , it was about 9 months ago once I purchased the swimsuit, it was not more than 1 and half years at all.....
