But, they recently added an area that allows more Crossfit workouts, i.e., box jumps, sled drags, and such. Are you going to get something that a bigger club has, like a basketball court, swimming pool, and such nope. But you get the personalization of the owner being there, the staff knowing who you are when you visit, and it is not overcrowded. The staff consistently exceeds expectations and is very personable when I am there. If you want a more personalized experience instead of your average overcrowded gym, give them a try.

A biological…read morewoman was told by staff she could no longer use the women's locker room because other members "complained" -- their only reason being that she has short hair. When she explained she is a woman, staff replied, "I believe you, but others are still uncomfortable." Instead of standing up against discrimination, they enforced it. This is blatant prejudice. It sends the message that appearance determines where someone "belongs," rather than their actual gender. If a short-haired woman is denied access to the women's locker room, what does that say about how they would treat a transgender woman? Staff and management at this location had the opportunity to protect a paying member's dignity and legal right to use the locker room consistent with her gender -- and they failed. Until this policy and behavior change, I urge everyone to take their business elsewhere.

For months, the bathrooms have been revolting: toilets frequently overflow, sewage and filth get tracked across the locker rooms and even into the turf and workout areas, creating a clear health risk. Showers often lack hot water entirely or provide only inconsistent warmth, while the hot tub has been out of service or barely lukewarm for just as long. Members have repeatedly reported these exact issues--through the app, emails, and directly to staff--yet nothing improves. Maintenance requests sit "in progress" for nearly two months, with empty promises of fixes that never materialize. Staff seem indifferent or unresponsive, and the overall decline continues despite the membership dues we pay. Expecting basic cleanliness, reliable hot water, and a hygienic environment isn't asking too much--it's the absolute minimum any gym should provide. If you're thinking about joining this location, look elsewhere until they finally take member complaints and basic upkeep seriously. This place has gone downhill fast, and it's obvious that cleanliness and accountability aren't priorities here. Disgusted and extremely disappointed--1 star is being generous.

This is why the 24 hour places do so well. You don't need a lot of staff, but you need to provide access. Disappointed that they closed the racquetball courts as well. You already had them.
