If you're consistent in attending the classes, you get the most benefit because the classes throughout the week are prepared with a whole-body workout in mind, in other words if you do the Monday class, you do lower body and core, Wednesday is upper body, and Fridays is a sweat class that combines Monday and Wednesdays classes plus a little something - something cardio to really complete the week! There are lots of classes at lots of different hours, and in addition to the lower, upper, and sweat classes, there are lots of other options to do on your other days. Try the Ride/spin class, the Tri-Ride, Boot Camp, or the Lift Lite for those perhaps who don't have as much mobility yet. Lift is non-judgmental and all-welcoming. Regardless of your color, ethnicity, size, or religion, Lift is welcoming, and loves to encourage everyone, WE are family. When you first walk in, you may not know anyone, but after a few minutes, or perhaps, after your first couple of visits, you will feel right at home. We have all been through different journeys with our weight, health, and different levels of motivation and through it all we know we are not alone and that we can count on each other when we need a little extra push, encouragement, or accountability. Lift is fun, it is effective, and it is a place to learn about exercise, proper form, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle.
