The store was spotless, beautifully organized, and immediately welcoming. As soon as I walked in, Mr. Mike greeted me warmly and offered assistance, then personally guided me to the men's running shoe section. I found a fantastic selection of discounted running shoes and ended up purchasing two pairs. When I needed help finding the perfect fit, both Ms. Bailey and Mr. Mike went above and beyond--taking the time to help me choose the best shoes for my feet at an incredible price of $39.99 each. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine eagerness to help made the entire experience outstanding. It's clear Ms. Bailey leads by example, as the store's cleanliness, organization, and excellent customer service truly stand out. I will absolutely be back and look forward to visiting again soon! I won't bore you with a list of store names (just go to their website) but it's a comprehensive shopping experience from designer to everyday brands. Shoes, clothes, jewelry, accessories, kids stores/toys. There isn't any restaurant experience here, but they do have a few classic "mall food" snacks, like Auntie Anne's pretzels and Great American Cookies, plus a candy store, coffee, and tea. Personally I like to come here when it's cold outside, or at least cool weather. There's really not much shaded parking, plus it's just too hot to walk outside from store to store in the summer heat.

Since my son was not with me to try on his suit, I specifically asked right before buying the outfit if it didn't fit, could I return it or if I should bring my son in to try it on instead. The owner was very sneaky and said, "Yes, sure, you can bring it back." When I arrived home, the suit was too big and when I tried to return it for a smaller size, she had no suits in his size and could not order a suit in time for our event. She would not return our money. Don't believe anything she says, because she will ultimately go by what is on the receipt because once you have the receipt, it says NO REFUND on it, even if she told you that you could bring it back. It is her way of making money. Just plain dishonest!

There simply is no comparison to the level of attention and service you will get at this shop. Don't like shopping? Not good at picking or matching clothing? Things don't seem to ever fit right? Not sure what style fits you? All these problems are solved when you walk in. The salesmen here will talk to you, get a sense of what you like, what you wear to work, where you spend your free time, and start building outfits that suit your personal style, and maybe even open you up to styles you haven't considered. Your picks can then be fitted and altered to fit you perfectly, as only custom pieces can. Understandably, pricing can be an issue for some. However, well made clothing that is altered to fit you has far more value and will last longer than "off the rack". A wardrobe is an investment, so do expect to spend between $200-$300 for an outfit. If you need to be in a specific budget, mention that to the salesman so he will know what clothing lines to pull from.
