I just want off saying what a great clean organization facility. Walking in the door I was created very pleasantly and welcoming. This is my first time attending this facility and it's so beautiful and vibrant. The manager was so helpfully to me and so kind. I had came in to get my sons school uniforms but the pants was not there and she helped me look for some pants and come to find out when I orders online I ordered an 8 but as we looked for some pants he was actually a 10. So that was really nice and she made sure my order was all good to go and now worrying about uniforms is checked off my list. I can differently see that they value their customers and want to make sure that every customers walks out smiling. I will use this place again to get my son's school uniforms and just stop by and see the wonderful things they offer at this facility. I felt heard when I had an issue and cared for. The people are nice, I will give them that! The selection is ok, they have very little in some sizes like 6/9 girls. You can find good deals sometimes, however, things are very overpriced a lot of the times especially if it's name brand. A lot of the name brand items are as much or cents less than brand new at tj maxx or Ross! Selling is not worth it in my opinion! You get barely anything at all even for really expensive outfits. I went in with over $1000 worth of NICE brand new or barely worn clothing and was offered $55! That's wild to me. While I understand they absolutely can't and won't give you what the clothing is worth, I definitely think they should work on prices for selling clothing as well as buying clothing! read more

Nice resale shop for kids. They have everything from clothes, toys, shoes, to school uniforms. They buy and sell new and used items. I saw clothes in sizes newborn to size 14 (big kid) so it was a convenient place to shop for both of my kids. The prices are reasonable and they have sales all the time. No need to pay full price for new stuff that your kids will outgrow in just a few months. This is a go to shopping place for my kids. My only complaint is that the store is a little crowded. Everything is clean and organized, but I feel like the layout is so Busy!! It can be a little overwhelming for a first time shopper. read more

I heard of this place and decided to try it and so I took in several things and received store credit for it which was all great! I decided to use the credit for different items one of which was a bumbo seat for my 6 month old. I was very happy but when I got home it didn't fit my little ones thighs so the very next day I went back and asked if I could please exchange for something else and explained that I did not want my money back simply just exchange for something else since it didn't fit my little ones thighs and I would have no use for it. They continually repeated that no it was a final sale. I'm not trying to be rude or mean but how can it not be understood that I just needed an exchange? I'm sure someone else could probably use it and buy it for their little one. This experience has completely changed my mind of this place and I will not be returning. This place used to be great. I've bought & sold items through the years of parenthood. Granted what you sell for us significantly less than what you paid for it & off course the next person will pay at a high premium however you know that's the deal going in. We all know the rules. The point loyalty system is great and it often can make up for the unevenness of the sell & buy transaction. What you don't expect is when you try to use the point system you're treated with much hostility. I understand good people are hard to find right now but those who are willing to bare the front line checkout duties need not do so begrudgingly. I say this not only for my experience but also for the family that was in front of me who were also checking out with the same person. For me, Tiara, the young lady who was working on December 27th at approximately 7p, did not have the patience to look up my rewards number. On my previous visit, I had asked the other young lady to change my phone number in the system, she said she had so I assumed she did. On December 27th, I gave the new number to Tiara who could not find me it in the system. She was so displeased when I asked her to check another number that dismissed me, rand up my things and at this point her energy made me seriously consider telling her never mind and leaving my items. The only reason I hesitated is because I found some cute garments and I waited so long in line. Tiara told me the total, I paid and then said she created a new account and checked me out by saying something along the lines of "I've created you a new account you have 30 points now." Handing me the receipt. Just a side note, to her demeanor: My partner was going to purchase a Coke but he saw how she was behaving towards my transaction that he put the Coke back & decided not to deal with her. It's understandable retail is hard. As a consumer, I go into a store knowing that it's not easy and I mindfully take this into account. I appreciate everyone who shows up to work however if this locations retail team could be a little more pleasant it would be greatly appreciated. read more

I was wildly surprised by the experience I had reading a lot of the reviews I was prepared for the worst, I went in looking for a pack and play. Unfortunately, they did not have what I needed but I found plenty of items I did not know I needed. Went today June 12, 2020 to sale some clothes and to also look for shorts for the summer. It did take a while for them to go through my clothing, that wasn't too bad Since I was shopping around in the store. I found some cute little dresses for my granddaughter. Unfortunately they did not have very much in boys size 7. Other than that everything was awesome everyone was wearing facemask and plenty of hand sanitizer out. Everyone was nice and friendly. Wish I would of read the reviews before going to this location or I wouldn't of wasted my time or there's since I was made to feel that way. Walked in and I had a tub of stuff. I have never done the sale back thing just purchased from the Weatherford location. When I walked in there were 5 employees behind the drop off counter. All of them seemed busy so I asked the girl at the front of the counter working on the computer what I needed to do and she told me to put everything in a bin flat. I asked if I needed to separate anything by size or gender as I have a 5 year old son and a 13 month old daughter and she made a face at me like I should know the answer to that and told me it didn't matter just to unfold everything and stack them. So I did and then after getting everything into the bin I was standing their waiting because i wasn't sure what I needed to do. So after a few minutes I asked and legit it was like I was bothering her. She told me to wait there and someone would come take the bin. Few more minutes went by and another girl came and took it. She asked if I would be waiting on it or coming back because it was about a 30 minute wait. When I told her I'd just shop around I got another annoyed look like why would I do that? So I left the counter and went and walked around and found a few things for my daughter who was with me. And when I say don't take your kids with you because almost every employee looks at you and your kids like they aren't welcome there. They all are miserable looking and one was slamming/ throwing a little metal rack on a shelf when I was signing in before I sorted my items. Was called to the counter and they didn't even buy half the stuff I had which I expected but I was given stuff that is brand new back?? When I went to check out and pay for my other items I found I asked the girl at the register if all the kid to kids were connected because I was already registered with the one in Weatherford and she told me they were all owned by different people. Which makes a lot of since because the one out there is much better experience and everyone seems genuinely happier and like they enjoy life at least. Also riddle me this. The have shoes for sale that are legit in the shoe section that have marker all over them. Soles were traced. But would not buy brand bed stuff I brought in? Personally I say take the trip and at least go into Fort Worth or Keller and skip this one. Customer service goes a long way and a simple smile or greeting when people walk in can really make a business. From the looks of these reviews on here this location has not taken a hint. read more

Kid to kid no longer accepts Carters! I tried to sell a years worth of babies clothes for my twin boy and girl. They now have you sort your own items, based on the brands that they do and don't accept. They repeat themselves like 15 times, like you better take out the stuff that we don't accept. I made the mistake of bringing my babies to the store. They kept us waiting for over an hour, and only took about 5 pieces and gave us $10 in store credit. I had just come from TJ Maxx and the prices were the same for brand new stuff. I encourage you to please save your time and energy and don't bother gathering a large amount of clothes to take. I had found a lot of cute stuff but told them I didn't want any of it and Took the cash instead of the store credit because the line was really long anyway. You will be very disappointed. I spent more money on gas driving to this place. With inflation the way it is you would think that they would give you more money for the items that they're taking. read more

We walked out with 2 huge bags of clothes and accessories for under $65 last week. If we would have picked up these items at target we would have spent at least $300. This place is great store for selling and buying clothes for your kids. I have been going here for many years and I have never felt any disrespect. They are very kind and do a great job on explaining anything you ask them I have seen negative reviews but I will bet all my money that whoever is compiling must be the really problem. If you treat people good you will get the same. And you can always decline the offer that they give you. They never force anyone to take the offer. Just because they didn't give you the money you expected doesn't mean you should trash the store. Ho hold a garage sale and get what you want. And they are not racist like someone else said. The Kid to Kid website made finding and purchasing your school uniform very simple. You are able to pick the school you're attending from a drop down and filter the options for only that school. You can buy things from the store and literally never use them and bring them back to sell and they'll tell you something is wrong with them. They will let you "donate" them though. Brought a stroller in to sell basically brand new since with Covid we couldn't really go out with our baby. They said the stroller was "damaged" because the back had a fold in it. When I showed them that's how the stroller folds down, it has to bend there. It was a $400 stroller they wanted me to "donate". You can find some good deals sometimes but it's only gonna save you a dollar two on clothes at least. If you're looking for bigger items you may be able to save a little more but it's definitely not worth it to sell anything here. read more

I went to Kid to Kid to purchase uniforms for my daughter. This place is massive, but without feeling too big. They have EVERYTHING you would even think you wanted or needed for your kid. Anyway, I only went for uniforms and had an AWESOME experience. I went in, but couldn't remember the exact specifications of the stuff she needed. They actually had a book full of the uniform requirements for the local schools that they had uniforms for. That was very impressive to me. Next, a young lady walked us through the whole section and helped us choose everything that we needed. When they didn't have the sizes for a few items we needed the she was able to get them from the back and have them embroidered within a few minutes. Including the blazer. I did have to come back for the blazer, but it was done In less than an hour. Not a problem for me at all. I was very impressed not only with how knowledgeable all the staff was, but also how well they worked together. At one point, when we came out of the dressing room, the young lady I was working with was in the back. One of her coworkers picked up right where she left off with us and he was just as awesome as she was. It's was completely seamless. I walked out of there with everything I needed except for the female gray pants that they don't carry, they told me exactly where to could find them. What an awesome team!! read more
