One Love for some beers and apps for the 4th of July. First one here and after reading reviews and chatting with staff, you need to keep in mind that their own brewery is still being built.....they are anticipating completion in the fall. Let's start by saying the decor is amazing.....two levels, lots of window and wood....and the brewery area will be open when completed. If you had a rough first visit, go back! We got the firecracker nachos, pretzels and fondue, flat bread pizza and a cheese board...and they were all excellent!!!! Kids meal got two thumbs up from our three picky eaters. Again, beers limited right now but I am hopeful that they will be cranking out some awesome beers soon! If they can nail the beer, the will blow Woodstock out of the water....they have gotten too big and their food is inconsistent......good luck One Love! We will def be back. read more

Very long wait on a Wednesday evening. Staff managing the hostess station were clearly overwhelmed and annoyed. Our waitress was friendly and competent but had a larger section than she could reasonably manage. Food and drinks were slow due to what appears to be understaffing (more and more common in this strange current world). Menu was pretty exciting but the food didn't quite live up to the lovely offerings. Decent but not excellent food. Fries were so-so and seemed to be cooked from frozen. Pretzel buns were dense and a bit dry. House Chardonnay tasted off. We had the home brewed Pilsner and it was good. The restaurant has the appearance of a space that's bigger than the owners can afford to run. We were seated on the second floor and it was a bit of a ghost town, despite the long wait. Again, understaffing is an issue everywhere right now, so bear this in mind. Wouldn't go out of my way to return. We considered eating at El Charro in the same area which had no wait. Next time I'd give my money there. I'd bet better service and higher quality food. read more

This place is a gem. Friendly staff, great beer, better food We got bavarian pretzels to start obviously homemade with 2 delicious dipping sauces. My boyfriend got a champlain cider which was delicious. I had french onion soup as i wanted to compare it to the woodstock brewery and it was better than theirs by miles. Possibly had a little beer in it?!?!it was great dark broth clear onions not too salty and the bread for the cruton was obviously homemade. It made my night. Boyfriend got chicken and waffles. Disclaimer i have had chicken and waffles 800000 times over and some places can really mess it up. This is not one of those places. Being from Boston we have had some of the best food in the country and these chicken and waffles hang with the big boys. Malted waffle sweet with tons of flavor nice and crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside the chicken was crisp but juicy with flavor that the chef has clearly perfected. Also they have the nicest merchandise for sale it is super trendy and wearable on eco friendly sweatshirts and tees we couldn't leave without one. We will definitely be proud to sport our apparel around here with all the other brewer's. Overall the best experience we had on our whole trip. We will be back. Disclaimer. They are not yet in the process of brewing their own beer. Which is a shame because if it as good as their staff and food it will be worth the drive and then some. However their large selection means you will find something you do like and if you dont maybe you just don't like beer. read more

First time in Lincoln , as a big fan of Bob Marley, my wife and I had to try one love. As a brewery I was excited to try one of their craft beers , but it's a new place in town opened last may our server explained, they will soon start the brewing by summer. They still had a great selection of beers. For app we had the crab cake, full of crab meat tasty. For dinner I had the chicken and waffles it was so filling and mouthwatering I was full half way through. But had to keep eating because the gran mariner maple syrup was so addicting. The steak my wife ordered was cooked to perfection juicy and tender. Our serve bree was very informative and friendly which helped for a great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in the area and hopefully next time I come back they will have their home brew , good luck One Love read more

I said I would be back to update after they started brewing, and here we are. They finally have their own beer, even if it's only one. The good news is that it's excellent. They have a Kolsch on tap and it's nearly stylistically perfect. That said, they're on a second recipe, and we liked the first a little bit better. The new Kolsch is great, and the hop additions were more to style, but the less hoppier version went down a lot smoother, a key characteristic of a summer beer for me. The only downside is they're still not brewing on location! They're contracting with Great North, one of NHs best breweries. Hopefully they'll have more taps up soon, but it's a real promising start. Update to the update, they're finally brewing on site, and it's everything you could want in a german inspired beer hall. Great options in the Czech Pilsner and Northern Lights Helles. They recently put an Oatmeal Stout up which is fantastic as well. I have a hard time saying this, but the beer here is better than the Woodstock. I still love you Lemonblue, but not as much as I love a wet hopped firkin of Czech Your Head Pilsner... read more

Awesome new little restaurant! Stopped after a long hike for a bite to eat and this place delivered-- we ordered the Granny Smith Apple panini and it seriously hit the spot, especially after two days in the woods. Waitstaff was super friendly and helpful and food came out fast! Great location with awesome food. They didn't have any house beer when we visited because it wasn't going to be ready until October. Will definitely be coming back when they do since my boyfriend loves trying local beer when we travel. Ps for those who are wondering, there are gluten free options! Love it:) read more

Really good beer, I had their house pilsner and it was delicious. Highly recommend the Chicken and Waffles, it was exactly what I needed to carbo-load. I sat at the Bar and the bartender was friendly and overall fantastic. She even helped me out with a special request. Atmosphere is very laid back. I will be coming here again for sure. read more

This restaurant is great. If you're looking for a great pub w/ delicious food and nice atmosphere, this is the place. Started off splitting the duck tacos. What an awesome choice cause this tacos are amazing. We also enjoyed our entree, which we shared because the portions are generous. We had the caprese panini w/ chicken. Delicious. Great food great service salmon wrap was excellent and the flat bread pizzas wet good. Good beer selection. Had great sliders as well, nice atmosphere and if you are a yoga fan they offer that on Saturday's on the 3rd floor. Who would have ever thought brewery and Yoga. read more

We were pleasantly surprised to find a new restaurant had opened in Lincoln. Our first time here was pretty good. We ordered drinks first, it was a small number of drafts on tap but very good selection. My husband ordered a Dreaming Tree Cabernet which we have had many times before. For apps, we tried the nachos. It was unique and tasty with fried wontons, pulled chicken, and a number of Asian sauces. For dinner, I ordered the turkey club salad and my husband ordered the fried fish sandwich. My salad was good but I wouldn't say there was anything special about it. It tasted good but didn't look that good when I got it. The fish sandwich looked good but the piece of fish was a little too big for a sandwich. I saw the fish and chips at another table and the portion size was huge. To save a few bucks, order the sandwich and just don't eat the giant roll. All in all, I think it's pretty decent for bar food. I hope they do well, this is a great location and we'd love to bring our friends here for drinks after hikes or snowboarding. We're looking forward to trying the flatbread next time, that looked pretty good. read more

Visiting Loon mountain and decided to stop here for dinner- with 8 of us! They immediately sat us and our server Max was very attentive. Food was delicious and atmosphere was perfect for a post ski dinner. Despite how large the place is, we were surprised by the fact that it didn't feel noisy and we could hear each other. I feel bad for the poor rating of 2-stars because the waitstaff works hard and is very friendly, however there are bugs to be worked out. Went in on a beautiful Saturday afternoon looking for a couple of draft beers and a cheeseburger with my wife. The manager was awesome - he apologized for a slight delay as our waitress was distracted as she was about to seat us by a call to help a waiter - and he stepped in and took us to find a table. There was no vacant table on the awesome looking outdoor deck but plenty available inside. We asked for a table near the window but it hadn't been cleared yet so we were sent to a table under the stairs right under an AC vent or something that turned late June into April. We moved on our own to another table and I had to go back to the car for a windbreaker for me and sweater for my wife. As we waited to be served two parties at the front desk opted to leave as they weren't acknowledged. When our waitress did come she was pleasant, friendly and humorous. I ordered a Von Trap Dunkel (delicious) and my wife a summer white beer (also really good), the fact that the beer was outstanding made up for the long wait for it. When our waitress took our orders I ordered a cheeseburger medium with mayo on the side and my wife a salmon wrap. There was no alternative to French fries (cole slaw? small side salad?) so I figured why not? When the burger arrived it looked outstanding, however, the side mayo was not with it - no problem - "we'll get that to you" - which took another prompting to our overstretched waitress and a 5-minute wait ( thank goodness for the fries!) Ordered another beer (crisp nice Yella Pils) and finally got to dig into the burger with mayo - unfortunately the meat in the middle was less than even rare - as the waitress said when she came by on a race from the deck to the kitchen to check on us (after I finished the fries I didn't want!) - "that's not even cooked". She took the plate, apologized and deducted the price of my cheeseburger (I wasn't going to stay for another one), reporting that they have had problems in the kitchen with overcooking burgers and they went to the other extreme. My plan of a burger and a couple of beers turned into fries and 2 beers. The good: My wife liked her wrap, the beers were very good and the manager told us their own brews will be coming in the near future. Unfortunately there are growing pains and the staff seem to be like killing a 5-on-3 power play. The hustle and effort is there but there is no organization or plan. Second time back to the brewery. I still love the vibe, and the servers are extremely pleasant and friendly. However this time they didn't seem very prepared for the October crowd. We were told it would be about 45 minutes to be seated, so we found an open spot at the bar to get a few drinks while we waited. And true to their word they seated us almost exactly 45 minutes later... to a table right behind where we were sitting at the bar. Even stranger, the same bartender was our waiter. While I liked the guy, it's very tough to wait tables AND bartend at a very busy bar. He tried his best to keep up with us, but it's nearly impossible for him to keep an eye on our drinks and needs while he's running ragged behind the bar. Poutine was good, but you could tell it looked rushed. Cheese wasn't melted and it was kind of thrown together. Very generous portions though. Lobster mac and cheese, though mild, had LOTS of giant pieces of lobster. Seared scallops and mashed potatoes were also pretty good. Prices seemed a bit higher than I remembered. I'm giving this place 4 stars just because I really do think they have potential and the bartenders were so nice and working their tails ofd, they just need to figure out some more organization. read more

If you're looking for a panini for lunch they seem to concentrate on just that. The menu lacked variety but the turkey panini was good and the accompany fries were adequate. I would recommend the lobster dip that, although not on the lunch menu they were willing to make. If you have kids it's not worth the hassle!! This is not a family friendly Restraunt. They cordially make room for us on the second floor but informed us that due to the thin floors that any running children would be a disturbance. This usually not an issue. My wife and I go out alot with children in tow and waiting for a meal is usually not as painstaking a task to reach the limit of their toddle patience, however the hour long wait for a panini definitely stretched the limits and the subsequent noise complaint from management left a sour taste in my mouth for this dining experience that even their array of on tap brews couldn't remove. It was obvious that the alleged complaints of "noise" from our children walking about upstairs was nothing more then a complaint from the manager and not from the other patrons. The waitstaff were friendly and accommodating and the prices were fair but as I said...not a family friendly lunch stop. read more

Fall Saturday night, host quoted 1 hour wait so we went to the up stairs bar where we hoped to grab a drink while we waited. Really cool lounge area with a couple of leather couches are found right next to the bar that seems like it could be a nice apres ski bar scene. Found two seats at the bar so we decide eat there. Side note: there were a number of available tables upstairs, which tells me the front of the house was understaffed or the kitchen can't keep up with the volume of the restaurant. We asked about why they didn't have any of their own brews and were told that they were still waiting on a licence. OK, makes sense. Now for the food... Duck tacos were great, aioli was fantastic as well as the mango salsa. Only positive, went downhill from there. French onion soup came out cold. Fried Chicken and waffles came with under cooked waffles. Was convinced to order the ribeye special instead of my initial choice of the NY Sirloin. Came out cold, parm butter wouldn't even melt. Mushroom risotto had more asparagus than mushrooms. Service behind the bar was spotty and slow. The bar, although beautiful with nice deep bar tops, was not setup efficiently. The only bar well to make cocktails at was also used by all servers for waters and sodas. They didn't have enough glassware for beers as they were constantly taking glasses right from the dishwasher to the taps during our visit. This could be because the male bartender broke 4 glass in the 2 hours we were there. Bar mats would help! When the check came the two sides that came with the steak I would have order, were now $2 each. Would have been nice to know about the additional charges after convincing me to go with an entree that was already $5 more. I really hope they work out the kinks before the ski season starts. This would be a great spot if they could get it together. I am a regular to Loon, so I will try it again, but only when they are serving their own brews. read more

Visited here recently on a trip. What a great find! The brewery is located in a shopping plaza near several local hotels and right on a main road, so it is easy to find and has plenty of parking. You enter through a larger building, which would be nice for an extended waiting area if you have to wait for a table. There is outdoor seating, although we chose to sit inside. There was a slight wait for the table, but it was worth it. We started with beers and the pretzel with beer cheese; this was by far my favorite part of the meal. Beer cheese was delicious and I would come back just for the appetizer alone. The beers were both good as well, but my focus was more on dinner. I had a cheeseburger which was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. I ordered fries but got chips by mistake. The waiter was kind enough to bring me some fries, but I didn't actually eat them after I tried the chips - fresh, crispy, and the perfect companion to the burger. There was also a live musician playing and, for a Friday night, it was a welcoming spot. read more

Woodstock Station has some competition and Lincoln/Woodstock is growing finally. The interior is comfortable and inviting. The One Love Brewery has a nice selection of beers and the Ahi tuna sliders are recommended. Food is nicely presented and delicious. Definitely worth visiting if in the Loon area. read more

Very good food. We ordered the hummus platter which came out nicely presented on a piece of slate. Delicious. While the weather is nice, enjoying the outside seating is great and the service was very good. Never felt like our waiter forgot us. Not a big beer person but the one I tried was very good. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the lunch menu is really limited and at 4pm, figured we'd be ordering from the dinner menu which had a great selection. read more

Food: above average. Service: average. Decor and ambiance: average. The food was pretty good overall. The Montreal sirloin was tasty and tender and right on at medium rare. The chicken fingers were meaty but a bit overcooked, but isn't restaurant chicken always (salmonella paranoia). The service seemed slow, but it's between seasons so maybe they're resting their A-game for the ski season to come. :) the decor was ski lodge - converted barn complete with open ceiling and rafters, which I guess is de rigeur for Loon Mountain's base camp town. There weren't a lot of tables, but there was a lot of standing place. I had the impression it was trying to be two things: happy hour singles hangout and family dining. These two together are like hybrid bicycles - they don't do either well. In the end I guess "It'll do pig, it'll do." It won't win any awards or live forever in anyone's memory, but if you're looking for a last minute place to eat with reliably good food, I would go here. read more

After reading some of the reviews here, I feel like people may be writing about a different place! We have been to One Love on many different occasions. Each time was awesome. They have a great beer selection, full bar, several decent wines by the glass or bottle, and some of the best food in this area. I highly recommend the baby kale salad, onion soup, duck tacos, Full Monty, crab cakes, burgers (including a great veggie burger), duck dinner, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed all of these dishes. I guess its just not my type of food, so we both ordered the pull pork sandwich we thought it was their signature sandwich. We did ask if they were smoking, they said they pulled the pork in the morning. It was tasteless so did not taste like it had been smoked at all. The fries were nothing special. The beer was good, and the service was good to. read more
