They've replaced numerous windows and doors for us over the years and we've always been impressed by their service and attention to detail. When I mentioned on the phone that the scheduled time for work on our door was during my child's naptime, they came with a quieter drill so they wouldn't wake her. Very thoughtful! Stopped bye the store for window parts. These were supposedly parts that were not readily available. Not only did they have the parts in stock for a great price, but one of the salespersons took the time to show me how to install the parts. He did this with one of the showroom window displays. He also warned me about the pitfalls and ways to avoid injuries and problems. Not only will I go back for any window parts, and new. But they have doors and hardware too. You would be crazy to go anywhere else. Thank you Bashful Bob's. You guys are the definition of customer service. read more
