I think their pricing is fair and the work was done quickly and efficiently. If you use a credit card there is a 3.5% service fee but if you cut a check there is no fee. I was offered a discount if I agreed to replace both the broken spring and the spring on my other garage door but I chose to only replace the broken one at this time. I will use this business again when time comes to replace the other spring.

I informed Valley Overhead Doors that I would not pay the remaining balance due to their poor workmanship and lack of professionalism. In response, they sent me a letter threatening to put a lien on my house. I've never experienced such dismal customer service or lack of pride in their work from any contractor.
