Everyone from our lead project manager Lukas. To our design team. They were great in listening to our ideas, and following through with them. Even when I had the idea to install a lower clothes bar for my clothes in our closet. As I am getting to the point where I will be needing a wheelchair full time. Lukas made us a second clothes bar, and shelf in the closet. To do just that. He also made us a better access crawl space door. For under our house. Because the one we had. Was cheaply made. And when our refrigerator went out during the remodel. No fault to Henderer. The refrigerator had been there since our house was first remodeled in 2006. Lukas went, and got their shop fridge. So that all of our perishables could stay cold. While we had to wait for the refrigerator to get fixed. Then after the remodel was over. Lukas came back a couple months later with the electrician. Because our vanity light in the bathroom had a bad wire in it. He, and the electrician were able to fix it.

After one trip out to reseal, the finish again started cracking. I just had a new cabinet refinisher come in instead and they pointed out that the cabinet construction was failing because the drawers were made with particle board instead of plywood!!! For how expensive these cabinets were, I'm deeply disappointed by the quality. I would NOT recommend this cabinet maker.

We told them twice the color we had chosen and placed it on the counter and he was suppose to change it on his computer, and apparently this wasn't done. When the installer took out the vinyl, I told him that was the wrong color. I called the store and they would not discount their mistake and we would have to wait several more weeks for the correct color (gray) that we had chosen. We went with the (tan) color they sent as we didn't want anymore delays and we had already moved the furniture out. Also, after Tony came out to inspect the job, he told the installer the wrong information on the direction on how the vinyl was to be laid down, but luckily I caught that before it was glued down.

We recently had Briese Custom Concrete put in a large ~30'x40' parking pad and 14'x14' hot tub pad…read moreas well as repair a concrete culvert bridge. Drew and his crew are awesome! They are extremely knowledgeable, flexible during the job and their work is of outstanding quality. We had a difficult job that required a ton of prep work to prepare the space. There was a lot of water mitigation necessary and even a connected concrete bridge that needed repair. And the leveling and grading required precision. The concrete also tied into the asphalt, so the concrete had to be put in to tie in perfectly. Drew and his Briese Custom Concrete crew went the extra mile to ensure their work functioned and looked just right. They even put in some steps to a storage building and made the whole space function really well together. We've had good work done by other concrete contractors. But communication was often difficult; with no responses for weeks - and even months - or none at all. Briese Custom Concrete is in high demand, so you will probably have to plan your job out a bit. But they respond to communications quickly and are accurate in their schedules. For me, I just need to plan; I can wait if I know how long etc. Jessica kept us in the loop and we were able to schedule the other contractors to come in on both sides and not miss a beat on our project. I should note: We did this project while construction material costs were skyrocketing due to COVID/Ukraine invasion/etc. Briese Custom Concrete bid out the job and then saw their costs almost double by the time they could get the weather they needed this summer. But they STILL kept their bid and charged us what they originally quoted. Not all contractors did that for us. We'll definitely be using Briese Custom Concrete for future projects. Contacted Briese personally every year after my completed $13,795.00 stamped concrete project (8…read moretimes). I had one 4'x4' area that cracked in several places and needed to be replaced. I don't get it. Why would I ever call him for another project bid with this negligent customer service? Sorry Briese I caution everybody, businesses, friends and family about my upsetting experience with your company.
