The gal was very kind and answered all my questions. The gym has basically all brand new hoist equipment. Plenty of free weights and 3 open power racks. There is a TRX system, a turf sled, and even a flippable tire. There is quite a bit packed into not so large of a gym. Not enough to make it feel crowded though. There are two changing rooms, a shower and bathrooms. I dont like how most 24hr fitness locations are getting away from locker rooms and lockers, but they do have cubbies. It is just my preference. I havent noticed any inoperable or broken equipment in my month of going thus far, so everything is maintained well as far as i can tell. Looking forward to checking out some of the other locations soon.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome from the start. The gym is clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there's a great variety for whatever type of workout I'm in the mood for--weights, cardio, or functional training. The 24/7 access is a huge plus for my busy schedule, and it's one of the reasons I've stuck with this gym for so long. The atmosphere is just so positive and relaxed. Everyone minds their own business but is still respectful and supportive in a way that makes you feel comfortable. After three years, I can confidently say this is a place where you can focus on your goals and feel good about being here. I booked a 2 hour party for 1-3pm. I was told that I would have 30 minutes to set up. I arrived at 12:30 to set up and the previous party was still going on. I had to go downstairs to tell the worker because obviously she wasn't paying attention to the time. While we were taking out our decorations, a kid from the previous party started trying to play with them. Wouldn't have happened if they were gone. So by the time they actually cleared out, it was about 12:50. I asked the worker about additional time and she said we could because apparently there wasnt a party after us. So while we were decorating, our guest started showing up which is inconvenient and embarrassing. We wanted to start eating at the beginning so afterwards the kids could play and we could do games. We had to change that up. Around 2:50 we were told that another party was coming in for 3. We were just about to cut our cake. So we had to hurry up and do that. Some of our guest didn't get cake. My daughter didn't get to open her gifts. At this point, there was a different worker there. She wasn't aware of the issues with the setup. So she told us most likely we would get some money back for the issue. She contacted the owner and the owner said she would give $30 dollars back which is the amount for 30 additional minutes. I felt I should have at least gotten half back since we really only got a good hour in and for the inconvenience. I asked for her number. I called her maybe 3 minutes afterwards and it was going to voicemail. I called from Saturday to Monday and no answer. I ended up calling the facility on Monday evening and was finally able to speak with the owner. I explained to her why I felt like $30 wasn't adequate. She proceeded to tell me that she looked at cameras and the kids played from 1-3. Yeah, they did but what else were they going to do while we were setting up. I asked her why was there a party booked immediately after ours and did that mean that I needed to end my party early to be out by 3pm for someone else to set up. She stated they do that during rainy season to accommodate more parties. I'm sorry but I was told there was an hour between parties. She also told me what I did with my time was up to me. Hold up, you will not get rude and disrespectful because you and your workers made a mistake and overbooked. She proceeded to tell me that in her 7 years of running NFA, she has never had a complaint. I don't care. Here's your first complaint. Get it together. Since she saw I wasn't letting up, she decided to give a full refund with a nasty attitude. That's fine with me. And by the way, the gym smelled horrible. One of the workers had to bring air freshener there before the party.
