It looks like Richard and Don run the show over there and if you complain to one about the other they were going to take your tank even if it's been a 30 year relationship. Unbelievable. This was in the winter and they don't answer their phones. I was ignored by the people working there I. The office, then someone finally decided to help me and said she'd put us in the board. We got down to 10% and had to drive back. Again ignored. Thankfully we owned our tank so we just went with Arrowhead Propane and got propane immediately. There are so many other choices now for propane, I would not go with Ferrell. Also if you rent a tank from them, expect to wait months to have it hauled off if you do switch.

Since Ferrellgas took over direct operations from Selph's, service and dependability have disappeared.
