I called as I was leaving Fort Worth, TX and said I would be there around 2:30pm, and asked if they could fit me in that same day. They said not a problem that should work out. I got delayed and was 30 minutes late, I called them to let them know, still no problem. I pulled up and within about 10 minutes they were looking into what was wrong. The younger guys were trying to troubleshoot what the issue was and the owner (you can tell he knows everything there is to know about RV's and trailers) thumps a part on the heater and says, yeah its this part, they are finicky, nothing broken, just needs some WD40 and you might have to thump it on occasion to get water to spin through to kick on the furnace portion of the heater. He didn't charge me anything, they only looked at it for 10 minutes. The fact that they were able to fit me in same day, were honest and up front with me and were all very courteous and genuine won me over. If you need service on your RV, Travel Trailer or 5th Wheel I recommend Miller's.

I had brakes replaced at dealership. Rotor was out of round but problem did not happen until car had been driven on highway for a while. I took it to the dealer (still under warranty) explained problem. I was told there was nothing wrong with brakes. So I drove it until it got really bad, but decided not to bother with dealer (work was still under warranty) and I took the car to K & N because I knew the owner would listen and believe me, which he did, and he fixed the problem,

We get there today earlier and the lady say's at service "we can't do it" and my dad went off on her. I…read moredestroyed my radiator hose and Jake says we can't claim warranty that's your fault, can't even try to help you out. So I pay a bunch of money and wait two weeks for them to fix the hose only to find out in the first mile of travel they installed it incorrectly causing it to rub on a moving part, rupturing it. Now we are all good to claim warranty work on it, that will be a two month wait with no calls and if you call them they get attitude. I have had it out for two weeks and it's dead again. I took it in the first couple months after purchase and complained it was idling hard and dying randomly. Left it there for over a week only for them to say it's nothing. It's continued to do this off and on since. Last time I got it serviced I found the air filter laying in the box not hooked to the air duct but why even bother to call and complain, nobody else services the brand for 100 miles and they don't care. I literally can't say enough bad about this place. Everything they told us during sales was laughably wrong. You can always get service on a Saturday if you show up at 9. Nope. That will be about a two week wait but we can't tell you exactly when and you gotta leave it here. It took them three hours to call me back and let me know that. Out of everything that has transpired I think my favorite is when I originally destroyed my radiator hose I paid extra to have the replacement expedited with the promise as soon as they received the part they would have it on and back to me. My profession requires the buggy, it's important to me. They didn't call when the part came in and it took another week after that to install. Just took it in to trade it off at a different dealership and the compression in the cylinder is under 100, it's ruined. I was told that if they didn't install the air filter correctly I was pushing dirt through the cylinder which ruined the engine. I had checked it myself but a week had past by then. I got 1800 trade in for it and paid 12k 10 months ago. It's still under warranty but if I want that taken care of I have to take it back here, to the place that destroyed it.
