Do NOT use this company! I paid nearly $300 to have a tech come out and diagnose and repair my AC. The tech showed up late, had not even got out of the truck and said we needed to replace the entire unit. He was rude the entire time he was on site and never touched a tool. Not a volt meter not a "diagnostic machine." When I called in to tell them I was unsatisfied with the techs "service" which in my opinion no service was provided the woman informed me that he did not need to get on the roof because he has a machine well he never touched any machine besides a cell phone he used to take a picture of the serial number inside the rv. All parts are external you quite literally DO have to get on top of the rv to diagnose or repair anything. So I had to pay someone else to come out and fix the unit.. it did NOT need to be replaced and the "diagnosis" from the lazy Rv Unlimited tech was wrong. He was "100% sure" it was the fan motor. Guess what? It was NOT. My ac is fixed now and they refuse to refund my money for the absolute garbage tech they sent out. This company is a scam. They are ripping people off telling you that you need to pay 2-3k to have a new unit put in when you very well could have an $80 part that needs replacing. I want a full refund, and I will be telling everyone with an rv NOT to use these people. read more

This company is fraudulent. They were supposed to get a fridge covered under warranty but still wanted to charge me 1,075$ on top of the 453$ for the service call fee. RV Unlimited came to our house on April 20th to fix the slide on our motor home. They charged $386.00 for service fee and diagnostics. The man that came was here about an hour and couldn't figure anything out. He said he was calling his boss. Next thing we know he had left and didn't say anything. We waited and still no communication. We had to text and find out if he was coming back. We were told they wouldn't be back that day, they were getting the schematics for the electrical issue. We still have not heard anything else and it is 5/4/26. We went ahead and took the motor home to David's RV Service and he has already found the issue and is getting fixed. It is not major electrical issues like RV Unlimited stated. Would not recommend these guys at all. If there was a 0 star, that is what they would get. read more

worst company I've had dealings with ever.said the tech was on the way at 3:30 didnt show up until 9:00 at night. didn't diagnose anything just tried selling me an off brand water heater when there was nothing wrong with the unit I had. the guy that shows up is unprofessional and doesn't look like he's bathed in months. on top of that they charged me 240 dollars for service fee and diagnostics but didn't check anything on the camper. dont waste your time and money with this outfit. I ended up changing a regulator myself and fixed my issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I have debated writing this review, because at first I had a good experience with the technician, Ken, that came out. I was a little taken aback by the cost of the diagnosis and part replacement, but hey....It is what it is. Propane regulator went out, at the same time my water heater quit working. Called RV Unlimited and Ken came out within an hour or so. $200 just for him to show up. I did not know about the water heater when I called about the propane issue. Tech came out, $150 for the new regulator and, get this....$585 for labor. He was here about 2 hours. Asked him to check the water heater. Mind you, he was already here.....$100 just for him to look at it. Said bad control board. $250 for the board and $30 for thermal fuse....$390 for installation. What??? This was also done in the two hours or so that he was here. That comes out to $500 an hour!!!! Holy toledo! Now, I could have done this on my own, as I am pretty handy, but I was trying to work, and just did not have time. This was on February 6th. On Feb. 12th, my furnace started having issues. It would come on, fan stayed on but gas would turn off and on. Was told by RV Unlimited that this was not related to the propane issue. I do not have any idea how to work on propane furnace. Expecting a hard freeze that night. $100 for Ken to come out and $200 diagnostic fee. He told me it was the control board, and the sail switch. Another $250 for the board and $100 for the sail switch and $585 for installation. That did not fix the issue. Ken told me it could be my thermostat. I told him that I would buy the thermostat and replace it myself. He never mentioned anything about warranty. Got the thermostat and replaced it. Did not fix the issue. Was told by RV Unlimited person, Kareen, "While your furnace is under warranty with us for the 30 days, you aren't suppose to make repairs or voids your warranty. We don't like going behind non certified techs because the problem can be much worse". I responded that I only installed the thermostat, and she responded "It does void it but as a courtesy, we will have Ken come back out there depending on the weather. It is to cold at this time for our techs to be out." (it was about 25 degrees at this time) I mentioned that no one said anything about the warranty and she said to me "YOU NEVER ASKED US". What???? She said she would send ken back out, but guess what....I have not seen Ken. I finally found someone to come look at everything, and since the board was new, we changed out the igniter, the limit switch, and it is still not working. Have been told by 2 different techs that the board is bad. It is a Fenwal brand that sells for $50 on AMAZON!!! Remember, he charged me $250 for this board. I was spoken to like I was an idiot by Kareen several times. I have the receipts from our conversations. She will get on here and totally make it look like this was all on me, but just read other reviews....When multiple people are saying the same thing, you have to believe them. My furnace is still not working. I just ordered a new control board from Dinosaur Electronics. Hope it fixes everything. read more

Set up time for tech to come out was set up between 12 - 2 pm, they had $100 service call, which was fine, but then also wanted $200 diagnostics fee to tell you what was wrong with it, plus taxes and services charge of 5% for total $339.75. Someone text and said tech was running late, finally showed up at 3:40 pm looked at issue but was not able to diagnose issue looked at everything for about 20 minutes, said he would have to call Tiffin tomorrow then left to go to next call. I was able to get fixed myself the next day while waiting to hear back from them. Talked to Cordell from the Odessa location, said they didn't give refunds, because tech come out and did what he was asked to do. Very unprofessional office staff and tech did nothing but look at slide and left. They knew year and model should have called Tiffin before they come and had idea of what to look at for slide system. They did say invoice would need to be paid for before. We received the invoice about 30 minutes before tech showed up.. we are completely okay with the call out fee but the diagnostic fee was a ridiculous for not doing one thing! Ken the tech was nice.. but they knew what they were coming to look at when they came.. they get you by the clause on the invoice that say NO REFUNDS AND DONT SEND THE INVOICE TILL 30 min before!!! DEFINITELY HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU AND THEY WILL COP AN ATTITUDE...YES, I had an attitude also!! read more

I needed a new GFI outlet in my camper. Made the appointment and was told to begin with the tech would arrive between 12pm and 2pm. The tech arrived at 6:15 pm. The tech did not make me aware that the outlet would not fit properly until after he installed it and proceeded to tell me that it really looked bad but would work. He charged me for an hour and a half of time to replace one gfi outlet, I guess cheeky conversation with a complete stranger is expensive these days. He did not have shoe covers nor offer to remove his shoes thus tracking in dried mud clods all over my floors and carpet. I have attached the pictures of the shotty work as well as the ludicrous bill for changing an outlet that should have only taken 20 min. max. BEWARE OF SCAM!!: Our AC went out and out of desperation we called unlimited RV without looking at reviews. I called them Aug. 27th and set an appointment for Aug. 28th 12pm. I waited 7 hrs at home with no AC for them to show up. I had to call them to ask why no one had showed up yet. Instead of them being pro active and letting me know they where running behind schedule. At 5:23 they texted and said someone was on their way and they actually didn't show up until 7:03pm. I should have cancelled right then and there but again, out of desperation because of the hot west Texas heat, we caved. Technician said we needed a new unit. So we gave him a check for $178.61 just for coming out and so they could start the claim with our warranty. The check cleared Aug. 30th and up until Sept. 4th they hadn't even contacted my warranty. I kept in touch with my warranty because this had not been the first time we'd ever filed a claim. As a matter of fact our other AC had gone out a couple years back and another mobile repair had replaced it in 2 days! They finally made the claim on Sept. 5th after I had to call and pressure them almost daily! I even told them that my warranty would be expired Sept. 8th and if they didn't hurry I was NOT going to pay out of pocket. The claim wasn't approved until Sept. 11th. (They of course blamed the warranty for the tardiness, but I knew that wasn't the case because I had been calling them too and they kept telling me they were waiting on additional info from Unlimited RV.) the last 3 claims we made with our warranty were accepted within a couple days and paid in full. We've only ever had to pay our deductible and that's it. Unlimited RV tried to collect an additional almost 1,000 dollars from me! They said that warranty didn't cover the new thermostat. So I called the warranty and they said it was true but that a thermostat was only $120.02 PARTS and LABOR included!! So I called Unlimited RV back and told them what I was told... so they changed their story and then blamed it on the fact that their price for an AC unit was $1800. (I searched online and they are about $700) my warranty was only giving them $1164 for parts and labor which means they were charging me $924 extra!!! That's a SCAM!!!! I've had my RV AC replaced, our furnace fixed and our microwave replaced with other mobile repairs and our warranty had always covered 100% of the cost! Now it is too late to call someone else to fix it because my warranty is expired. And I'm also out of the $178 dollars they took! Save yourself the hassle and look for someone else who will ONE, take care of you in a timely manner. And TWO, someone who won't excessively over charge you. This place of business is a freaking JOKE! Save yourself headaches and money and DO NOT do business with these jack wagons. It took them a week to get us a quote for the parts and labor. Then the parts weren't ordered for another week. And the next week was excuse after of excuse when they'd be here to fix it. We told them what day we planned to leave the state of Texas. In the time span of 3 weeks we didn't get crap done with these people. 3 weeks! Now our furnace is tore apart and obviously not working and we are headed north to where it's actually going to be cold. The only positive side is that we were told that we would be refunded. Called for service on our ac. Gentleman came out and was extremely professional. Turned out we needed a new unit on our camper. Called office to process warranty information. After a week of not hearing anything I called to check up. The lady had let me know that they were waiting on warranty still. I called warranty to verify and turns out they were waiting on Rv Unlimited. I called office gal back to tell her and she gets super defensive and rude on the phone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and asked her to please fix it. Another week of 100 degree weather goes by still nothing. I called office again and same story. I called warranty they were still waiting on paper work called office back and she gets super rude and defensive on the phone. Even to the point she said she had never spoke to me before!! I was overly nice to her and she continued to scream and yell and cuss me out. Safe to say I will never to business here again. Oh and btw I don't need a new unit because they are trying to scam you out of money!!! read more
