After a few minutes a man came around the building and told us they were closed for lunch. He said he did the yard maintenance. We left and ran some errands and returned at 12:30. Someone was at the desk on a cell phone, but the doors were locked. We tried to call, no answer. The person was no longer at the desk. There was no sign anywhere indicating they closed for lunch either!! We will take our business elsewhere!!

They must be fixing to retire, cant get a message returned after 5 attemps and one of them was the owner who said he would call me right back after checking his shops schedule.....that was a week ago today, left several messages with an employee and checked back to see if he did in fact give the owner the message.....he did. I will not ever go back or recommend this place again. A bit puzzled really, was wanting to upgrade the jeep some more before deer season Im guessing about 5K worth. I realize now that its not rocket science and have found replacement shops that can and do seem interested in simple service and courteous communication.

I asked for his recommendations and he made a few but kept interjecting, "this doesn't match your original request, this isn't cheap stuff". He offered a lift kit for all around and then added, "but if you still wanna be cheap, they have plain old just longer shocks that are cheap". Not a good way to earn business. I have 2 pickups I want done, but I refuse to be insulted in order to get them done. I'm now waiting on a quote from a company in Lubbock that has even offered me a 10% discount on a room if I take it up there for a weekend to be lifted.

The owner answered and told me to stop in anytime for a free consultation. He didn't try and upsell me on anything and in went my Tacoma for hail repair. They took great care of my vehicle and worked with my insurance company (GEICO) with ease. They offer a free rental, paid my deductible and even detailed my vehicle when it was all done.
