The whole order process was smooth and I did not at any point feel pressurised to buy add-ons or other unwanted services. When the car was delivered the handover was thorough going through all the key points you'd want to know about your new car. After sales service was always good and reasonably priced.

Holdcroft hyundai sell car and also car parts for all hyundai cars but if they havent got what you need in stock you have to pay up front and then wait for the delivery to arrive which i was told i would have a call back when it had come in . I waited a week and still had no call so i rang then only to have found out they had , had it in at the beginning of the week . There is wheelchair and pushchair access but should i say not car lol . They only have a few car parking spaces so its the case of do i park and get blocked in by another car . The building itself is modern and very clean with the parts department seperated from the selling department . OOPs forgot to add they also do repairs but they are very costly so i would recommend trying somewhere cheap. The staff there are always in a rush and are very misrable .

I've had no problems with the vehicle or the service. Prices are very reasonable, they were able to fix my drivers door which fills with water, which doesn't drain. They unblocked the drains free of charge. The local main Ford dealer wanted over £100 to do this.

They are always accomdating to your needs, they will do there best to fit you in at a time thats convienent, and get you the best possible deal on the parts, or things your car needs. I also have recomended this garage to my friends and family. You will find it just outside the town centre. It feels like a small business where the customers come first and i believe this garage is busy because customers that are happy pass the details on ie word of mouth .
