The sale was swift and easy and when i collected the car i had a nice bottle of red wine from them which is a very nice touch. I would highly recommend them to any friends or family without a doubt. I will be back for my 4th car in the near future.

They said it could be done at 8am one morning while I wait and would be max 40 mins. Arrived at garage 0755. Was told they couldn't fit me in but they could send me to another garage to have MOT done only (couldn't fully check brakes). Was given some vague directions, not even able to pint it out on google maps. Went straight there. Seen quickly but due to delay in starting I left late which impacted on my day. Will now have to book second trip to different garage to get brakes looked at. If you value your time go elsewhere

I just wish Vauxhall were as good as Mollards for months i had issues with my car throwing up an airflow meter fault which Vauxhall main dealer couldn't fix, fortunately for me Mollards could as they traced the fault to the ecu which they they then replaced , now at this point im thinking mega bucks to repair but they managed to find working second hand unit with key chip transponder etc for just £75 ( main dealer £500+) they kept me informed throughout and talked through the options before carrying out any work. Since then i have used them for all my service & repair needs as have the rest of my family. The guys at the garage aren't your usual grease monkey spanner throwing muppets either they are fully trained techs that know their stuff, they are polite courteous at all times.My only negative comment is that they are based 40+ miles away but i think it speaks volumes about them if im prepared to drive all the way to Cheshire to get the service i want. 10/10

Once I had a puncture, and as I lived nearby, I left my car and asked them to replace it when they had time. On my return, they told me that they had been able to repair it rather than replace it, and charged me only £5 rather than the £50 I was expecting! They checked over our car when we had a problem, told us what it was and then said as they had not done any repairs, there would be no charge! The staff were very polite and efficient and the job was carried out promptly as arranged. Their technical knowledge appeared first class, and the member of staff explained things to me in a clear and understandable way. I made a 2nd visit today to have my wheel alignment "checked", this visit also went smoothly. It is such a refreshing change to deal with such an efficient company, and I will certainly be using this branch in the future, and naturally recommend them to friends and colleagues. I'm really angry about my recent experience at the HANLEY-STOKE branch as they damaged my vehicle…read moreand I now have to pay an additional £150-£250 at a main dealer to have the damage repaired! I took my vehicle to this branch for new front pads and new front tyres (fitted by Afsar Ali) but as soon as I left the branch I noticed the service light flickering on and off. I had an urgent job to get to that day so I couldn't go back straight away and I then didn't use the vehicle again for another 5 days. The next time I drove the vehicle the service light started flickering again and I also noticed that the brakes were squealing quite badly too so I contacted the manager who advised that brake noise is common with new pads and I should drive the vehicle and allow time for the pads to settle in. The noise got worse and worse over the next few weeks and the flickering service light became permanent with a "check brake wear" alert on the dash panel so I took the vehicle back for another inspection as soon as Xmas/New year was over. I was then told (and shown) that the ABS brake sensor wire had been torn out of the brake sensor socket but nobody at the branch could fix it and they couldn't get the parts either. When I asked how this could've happened I was given a series of ridiculous answers from the duty manager (Afsar Ali) because he didn't want to admit that it was him or one of the other mechanics that caused the damage when they changed the pads a few weeks earlier. The wire wasn't torn out when the vehicle was first taken into the branch as they would've noticed it and mentioned it if it was, and the "flickering service light" and "brake warning" issues only started immediately after the pads were changed so it doesn't take a genius to figure out that the damage was caused by the mechanic that performed the work. There's no way that I can prove the damage was caused in the branch but they know it as well as I do. Thanks for giving me a great start to 2018 Afsar Ali. Shame you're not man enough to admit your mistakes and I hope karma catches up with you one day!
