Yum! Having lived in walking distance of this Baskin Robbins location for the better part of 8 months, we decided to pay this Ice Cream shop a visit on an early Saturday, and such a great choice! As much as there's love for specialty, independent and locally owned shops, there's something that just works with Baskin Robbins! So what did we end up getting? 2 scoop waffle cone ($5.39) 2 scoop sundae ($4.99) For my ice cream cone, my two scoops were birthday cake and Tax crunch. For those uninformed (I wasn't), tax crunch is a Kona coffee flavored ice cream swirled with a crackling fudge ribbon and rice crunchies. Man this was good. I mean goooooooood with rich flavors and chunky chunks of fudge and such. The birthday cake tasted as if it had little chunks of icing that made it super sweet, but very good. By comparison the tax crunch was much less sweet. The waffle cone was free with two scoops (promotion). The Sundae came with praline pecans and coffee ice cream, and the flavors here were also rich and well worth their spoonfuls. I loved them! Located in the Peachtree Battle shopping center, parking at Baskin Robbins is shared with several of the shops in this strip. There are a couple of tables inside, as well as a couple of tables and benches out in front of the store, so don't feel like you have to take these to go (although you can). I haven't been to a Baskin Robbins in years, so to come back and enjoy a couple of nice sized scoops and to get a free waffle cone, I really don't think i'll take so long to come back a second time. Definitely a fan!

05-12-2017 I was dying for some ice cream this evening so we stopped at this location to grab a cone. I ordered a waffle cone that had 2 scoops of one of my favs, Butter Pecan. - you can never go wrong with ice cream. It was delicious and I enjoyed every lick. Location stay open pretty late which I appreciated. They also have a drive thru here. As the weather heats up, I'm sure I will find myself here throughout the summer.

What? A Facelift for my childhood ice cream love, Baskin Robbins?! Yes! And it is a darn good one. We always went to this particular BR when I was growing up (and everyone's comments about ice cream cakes? spot-on! the best!) and I always got the same thing: a scoop of mint chocolate chip (on the top) and one of chocolate chip (on the bottom, because I like it the bestest, and I always wanted to save it for last!), even though it was too much ice cream for a little girl! Last week, I got inspired to stop into this old favorite spot and get some hand-packed quarts to go. They have the same delicious choc (and mint!) chip as always - with teeny little "chips," almost like broken up Magic Shell! This is when I saw the impressive upgrades! Sleek, new, with a cool "toppings counter" (and a schmancy fro yo machine). . . but still the same freezer case of cakes, and the same "catalogue" of cake choices if you want to order a custom pick! Ah, it made me feel happy inside - how often do you get progress, and tradition?!

These are a few of the ice cream tubs. Clean and appealing to the eye.

Baskin Robbins on 2335 Peachtree Rd, NE is amazing. The store is always clean when I come in to grab some treats. The customer service is always superb and everything on the menu is delicious. I am a regular customer because of this. Also, every weekend there is a line going out of the door. So that should tell you that something is special about this location.

My favorite ice cream cake location. They make creative, fun cakes and for some reason they taste fresher than other locations. Trust me, I've tried many and the staff is lovely and polite, always going out of their way to rush my orders or go above and beyond. Love them!! I make up any excuse for a chocolate chip yellow cake covered in flowers!! Yumm!! If you want a custom cake, call early and they sometimes have one made they can embellish quickly for "semi custom" if you're in a rush... otherwise 24 hours is easy for them :) enjoy!

From someone who has worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years, I have never received such horrendous customer service until today from John who advised that he was the manager at store# 360574. I placed my cake order over the phone on Friday, 4/10 and then received a call the next day that they would need me to come in that very day with the personalized train I chose. He made no mention that they would be unable to decorate the cake exactly like the picture. He said that he would need the train in order to decorate around it which made sense to me. On Sunday, 4/12, my husband picked the cake up and it obviously did not look anything like the advertised cake picture (picture added). Please note that no discount was offered and no mention of the lack of decorative items would not be included on the cake. When I received the cake, I called John at the Peachtree Battle, 2335 Peachtree Battle Rd, Atlanta, GA location and upon explaining my dissatisfaction with the cake, he rudely interrupted me and said "Can I talk? Can I talk?". He didn't even allow me to explain what I was unhappy about and blamed me after claiming he said he told me that none of the decorative items would be included on Saturday. Please have someone review his lack of cake decorating skills and lack of customer service skills. This was my very first time ordering a cake at Baskin-Robbins and I have never been so unhappy with my entire cake ordering experience. I have never been treated so poorly as a paying customer expecting a product a certain way and never receiving the product that I was promised. Update on 4/17/15: The owner called on Tuesday, 4/14 and left a voicemail. I called back on Thursday, 416 (left voicemail) and followed up on Friday, 4/17. I noted that I was still unhappy about the situation and asked for a refund. He said that he doesn't offer refunds after the cake has been consumed, and only offered coupons. When I called John at the store on Sunday, 4/12 he did not offer an exchange, additional decorations or a refund so I'm escalating this issue further with Corporate Baskin Robbins to handle instead of the owner. I'm an advocate for paying for goods and services that is promised to you in the way the customer wants it, by the date and time that was agreed upon. I'm horribly disappointed that the owner and the manager of this store does not understand this concept.

We drove downtown specifically to try out this spot - paid $8 for parking in the lot next to the building. Front space Clean fun inviting feel with handwritten notes on wall. Service: The young lady helping was nice, but we waited at least 10 minutes before she came to the front to greet and assist myself and another customer before me. No pudding available Cobbler: had barely any crust (iyktyk) and the filling could use improvement. I think we were also supposed to get ice cream ? If so we didn't get it. I got the cinnamon roll with apple butter. I thought it would be throughout but it was on top, and the roll itself was a little dry. Purchase 2 peanut butter cookies that were huge for my son. Not sure how they were but he didnt complain so I assume they were good.

We saw some of the really cute things in the window, so we walked in and it did not disappoint. The place was filled with chocolates macaroons and a whole bunch of pastries. You could also order a whole variety of espresso drinks and lattes, etc. It even had a really cute seating area directly outside, but if you could fit yourself inside, there was some bar seating as well. The place is not large however, the cases are definitely filled with a lot of goodies. On this particular day, it did take us a little while to make a decision as there are quite a few choices. However, the two staff members who were here that day were very patient with us. We did walk away with macaroons a lemon meringue tart as well as a Canele. You know what it's in the pictures. I do not have a picture of that because it was eaten before I got a chance to take a picture of it. But everything was so tasty absolute perfection. I don't know who's making this stuff but they are truly talented. I have to come back here again when I'm in Buckhead Village.

I guess I must've written it off due to the parking situation, and I honestly would've never visited, but a friend suggested coming here, so here I am. It's very, very limited parking. I'm not sure if we're *allowed* to park in the nearby parking lots, and I didn't have to, but if there's only like 6 spaces with barely enough space for cars to pass through entering and exiting... idk, it's not for me, esp when Doraville can get v traffick-y and the turn lanes are just waiting. Interior wise, it's cute. It tries to invoke a sense of Japanese aesthetic with the shoji panels, all the wood and light, the fake flowers, and I don't hate it. It's a fine place to sit and chat, though I feel bad for others who want to visit because again, the parking here sucks. I got their black sesame latte float with a matcha and sakura (seasonal flavor) swirl. The sakura was sweeter than anticipated and not floral, which was a bit disappointing since I didn't like it alone or mixing with the matcha flavor. The black sesame portion was fine. I like the nuttiness of black sesame in general, and I would've loved if they used more for a stronger flavor. The flavor was subtle, and with the ice and soft serve on top, got easily diluted.
