Tried to take the kids for ice cream on Friday night at 9:10pm. The open sign was on and sign said open till 10pm but they had the door locked. The parking lot was packed. Some people walked over to the drive thru to get an order. We just left and took our business elsewhere. This is the second time they have closed before hours. Last time we were in the store when they locked the doors 30 minutes before closing. read more

Baskin Robbins recently decided to remove Pistachio Almond from their long time menu. Pralines and cream is good but its not pistachio Almond. Still like baskin robbins. Would like to see some healthy alternatives like frozen yogurt or ice milk. read more

I love this place as it holds a dear place in my heart and I always meet so many kind people working there. Also they always have the right ice cream for the time say in winter or I summer or one time when I had a lousy birthday I went there and it just made it a little better of a day. read more

Service is always pretty good, and i love the drive through. My favorite flavor is the Jamocha Almond Fudge so i usually get that. Overall, nothing spectacular but a really nice place to splurge on some ice cream. read more

Chocolate milkshake was runny and tasted like coffee. Gentleman named Will running the place was not knowledgeable at all about governor's executive on mask mandate (specifically section 2), and couldn't provide me with a corporate or store policy, only referred me to signage around the store (which stated about the above referenced local order he was not knowledgeable about). Almost just asked for a refund and walked out without my chocolate milkshake, after taking a taste of it I wish I had asked for a refund. 1/5 stars, would not recommend nor will I be going back. read more

The ice cream is great, but not earth shattering. Baseball Nut is so good! The reason for the two stars is because of a woman in her late 50s or 60s that has worked here for the longest time. She is incredibly rude and has the personality of mold. Don't even try to start up a conversation with her; you'll be drained quickly. Small talk and jokes fall hard. Just today, she questioned the validity of a coupon and hounded others in my family for having the same one...also, it was for any scoop, but she only allowed one. It really is shocking. read more

Mediocre ice cream paired with terrible customer service makes for a bad experience. My family and I came in while the girls behind the counter were pretty busy. When it got to our turn, Kelly asked bluntly "What do you want?" After being rushed through our order, I paid and was basically tossed my receipt. No thank you, no anything. We sit inside, eating our ice cream and notice a "free scoop if you are not offered a sample" sign. I go up to claim my free scoop, since we were not offered a sample, and Kelly argued with me; insisting that she always asks everyone. She refused to give me a free scoop, and was very rude about it. So much so, that another customer in the store told her that she should quit giving people a hard time. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Go over to Pullman Square and get Cold Stone instead. read more

Went to buy Husband a bday cake and although door was open I was told along with another customer that they were not open yet, rudly! Went back when they opened, no help from employee picked out a 30.00 cake and it was delicious.. However, the writing on the cake was horrible, I mean it was like a two year old wrote in all wrong! Did not ask what color or anything! no pics this year of cake! Should've went back but with the way the lady acted, figured would've got nothing accomplished... Guess its DQ from now on for bday cakes at least! *** If you go make sure you check the writing, it was really SAD! read more
