DoorDashed a "everybody's" with cinnamon, peanut butter, cookie dough x2, and oreox2. All I have is plain ice cream with a chunk of cookie dough and what looks like less than half an Oreo that was crushed up. I used to work at a coldstone and my stores standards WERE MUCH higher than this. This is just sheer laziness. Why did I spend nearly 20$ on a quart of vanilla ice cream that was half ass made? Would have done it myself. Want a refund. Should have just went to Kroger. Pathetic. read more

I hear new ownership has taken over. It was noticeable on my visit with my kids last night. In the past I have been there the staff was....let's say less than helpful. So when my daughters wanted to go last night after eating at Roosters I didn't want to go but gave in. Must say best service I have ever had there. Called with a concern regarding our order. Asked why lids were not on and the boy said we didn't ask. I responded with so if I come in with multiple orders by myself I have to ask for lids and a bag? Said yes. Mind you...because there were no lids the ice cream dripped down the sides and my friend's husband ending up dropping them. I took a co-worker here for her very first cold stone experience and she was very pleased! There was a line out the door, but it moved quickly thanks to the awesome staff working inside. This Cold Stone sits right in Pullman Square and is in a great location I think. You can hit a movie, get your ice cream, and do some shopping. I had the Cookie Doughn't You Want Some and highly enjoyed it. I finished it before I made it to the hotel I was staying at right next to the square. They have some great waffle cones for your ice cream. Personally, I think it's not ice cream without the waffle cone. Awesome awesome desserts!! read more

I travel every 6-8 months and have a massive sweet tooth. The last coldstone I stepped in left a bad taste in my mouth(pun intended) but tonight changed all that! When i walked in kacey treated me with such a great smile and greeting it changed my day. The rest of the crew( Andy and Travis)were full of energy and hard at work knocking out the line while maintaining such wonderful attitudes. I just went to this cold stone at 9:08 after dinner at Pullman. The online hours are posted as open until 10pm, but there is a sign on the door that says open until 9:30pm. Regardless, I was still in the clear. The lights were on, and the door was unlocked, so I went in. Before my friend and I even got through the door, the woman at the counter yelled to us that they were closed, and ushered us to leave. It seemed like a case of "ive already started cleaning and don't want to do my job now" to me. We will not be returning since they do not want our business during opening hours. Stopped in here for dessert on a Saturday night and the place was hopping! But two things... 1. It was super busy, and I bet they could've made bank off tips. I would've loved to have pitched in, but I couldn't find the supposed place to leave tips (in a place like that I prefer to give cash tips so there's no delay for the staff in taking home a little extra money). I wasn't able to ask because they were swamped. 2. The waffle bowls have changed, or were at least different here. They weren't as crispy as before and I thought the texture was pretty icky. The only reason I didn't give it zero stars is because it wouldn't let me. We tried this place a few months ago and they were out of brownies, sprinkles and cookie dough. We tried them again today and I got the cookie don't you want some more and the ice cream had freezer burn all over it and whoever made it didn't even bother mixing it together. Not to mention the time we ordered a cake and they decided to close at 3 and we were heading out of town and got it for a birthday party and had to leave without it.
