Heck yeah we did, but Jessica came through clutch and picked the sauces she thought paired best with each meat and upon delivery, made sure we knew what was the best pairing. My god, was it perfect. The apple butter based sauce *was* perfect with the Turkey (and now i think it needs to be tried with the pork but i digress) and the Smokey hot bbq gave just the nicest spice for the tri tip. Bask was not that busy at the time I arrived, and I was seated right away. My server helped me pick some sides and gave me beer samples to try from a West Virginia craft brewery, and I decided on an IPA. My Main course was a 'two-meat' choice, and I ordered Tri-tip, sliced Smoked Turkey B with Braised kale and a sesame cucumber salad. The platter also came with five barbecue sauce samples, Texas Toast and a side of pickled onions and pickles. The turkey had a very nice smoked flavour, and the tri-tip was cooked to a medium rare, which helped keep it moist and full of flavour. The food was very good, and so was the service, and it helped that it was right next door to my hotel.

horrible experience here saturday night. I took the kids to get ice cream and my youngest son ordered chocolate with gummy bears. very simple. A short girl with black/multi colored hair told me they did not have chocolate ice cream so i asked her to go check in the back. she told me they do not keep ice cream in the back and what i was looking it is all they have. but i saw a taller blonde carrying pans of ice cream coming from the back. i knew i was lied to but i let it go and proceeded to order then pay. I grabbed 3 gift cards and the girl looked very confused. i asked for $50 on each card and she said "we don't do gift cards" i said "well they were sitting right here are you sure you don't sell them? i've bought them here before" and she told me they had a new owner and he did not allow them to sell gift cards any longer. i knew she was lying to me. so i took my $150 to Austin's and told my mom who buys $100 gift cards for 6 grandchildren each year to take her business to austin's as well. If cold stone had employees who could tell the truth they could have made a total of $750 the week before christmas from my family. i've never heard of a business not selling gift cards the weekend before christmas. The girl working was rude the whole time and very slow, making several trips to the back to get mix ins i ordered. ridiculous. read more

will never go here again their manager is a complete asshole though we had been waiting in line already this man/child said we wouldn't be served cause it was now 10p I have never in my life had a business behave like this and when I questioned if they were closed why was the door unlocked he replies in a snarky attitude because I don't have to serve you it was after 10pm an walked away then kept popping out making rude remarks then walk away when asked to speak with his superior he said nope not gonna happen smh don't bother going here unless you wanna wait in a long line then maybe not get served read more

I don't usually eat sugar, so trying donuts on this vacation was a big stretch for me, but these were absolutely worth it!
