This lonely Baskin Robbins is still kickin'! The Mc Donalds in the corner of the plaza & Chino's (check my review for them as well...so good) are probably the only thriving businesses in the center. It's a shame too bc this Baskin Robins is always consistently great. Clean, friendly employees, fast service and always classic delicious ice cream. My husband stops in for a double scoop waffle cone every month or so as a treat and he's transported back to his childhood with every tasty bite. They were out of the regular coffee flavor so he tried a coffee crunch situation they offered and he really liked it. Probably one of his new go-to's. It's a great place to have something cold and the food is pretty good, but there needs to be a system of taking customers ... In my opinion, if there was the black divider strips that most places use to separate the customers and line, or a sign saying "Please wait Here till its Your Turn" then it would go smoothly. It would help not only the customers trying to finish ordering but to those working as well. It'll allow the current family to finish up and a new family to order. It'll also help with the clustering of customers that do come in. It'll be a great system if it were to happen. I'll still keep going, but if I get overpowered by another family that couldn't wait an extra five minutes, then I'll go somewhere else that's more systematic. read more

This place fucking sucks. Every time I order Uber eats, I get Cookie Monster and icing on a cake. They NEVER give me the right flavors. They give me icing on a cake and something different. Once a month I bring my kids here for an after school, end of the month reward. We always get pretty good service, but today was exceptional. I didn't get the employees name (he was the only one in the front of the store working a solo shift) but he took his time and made my kids feel extra special. I don't recall ever going to grab a cake/smoothie/milkshake, as I'm definitely more of an ice cream gal. Currently, due to COVID-19, they aren't allowing anyone to dine in and all the chairs are stacked up. They also aren't allowing samples, which is understandable. However, my gripes are that the app is basically useless after you get that free scoop you get when you sign up initially and nowhere can you find the flavours that are in stock the day you want to go. I've gone twice now and the Lemon flavour (which is my absolute, all-time favourite) is not available. I asked about it's unavailability the second time and apparently it's seasonal. Shouldn't this be listed somewhere or at least taken off the website when it's out of season? Other than that, service is good and the ice cream is even better! read more

I don't know why my banana split wasn't SPLIT, I asked her because I noticed once she was adding the topping and she said, "we don't always have to split the banana." This was a pathetic banana topped with three one bite sized scoops I hope the owners see this and retrains their staff. They also charged us before even asking what scoops we wanted which was very strange as I ended up not being happy with my banana split and couldn't leave since we were forced to pay before I even saw how terrible it'd be.
