Finally, a store in my neighborhood! This location is super easy to find and has lots of parking. It's new and smaller than some of the other locations but from what we saw, most people pick up anyway. Their bagel egg sandwiches are SO good! You can customize your sandwich which is helpful for folks like me who can't decide! Everything was fresh and the bagels were just right! They have coffee, lattes, juice and water to choose from. Next time I will pick up some doggy bagels for my dog child! Great service and we will be back over and over again! read more

This location is pretty new and super near my home which is a plus. The parking still needs some work since it's pretty small, but there is some construction still going on there so that might change in a while. My bagel was a little cold and y m drive home was not far enough for that to happen. The location was pretty clean and the timers for the coffee were running which was good to keep that coffee fresh and hot. Services was good we were in and out in 10 min. read more

I came here this past Sunday.. I used the app to place my order and it was pretty smooth. When I arrived my order was ready for me to grab! My bagel sando was made exactly how I wanted it. The coffee was freshly brewed which I truly loved. They had timers next to each type of brewed coffee which is nice so you know if the coffee is fresh or not. I plan on coming back and ordering some food items to take to work. read more

Brand new Einstein's and they're already having issues. Too slow, they took twenty minutes to make me an egg sandwich and a toasted blueberry bagel with cream cheese. The manager Jeannette was sort of harsh on the kid operating the register. He was clearly new at it and was learning but she was a little impatient with him. This location has been one of the worst services I've ever received! EVERY. TIME. The manager is ungodly rude and unprofessional and very discriminatory! I feel she is only nice to "certain" people. My last order was literally sitting on the counter top while I was waiting. No one called my name. Yet another customer was served TO HIS TABLE while he was waiting for his order which he placed AFTER me. I despise this location! The staff is friendly, but every single time that I come to this location, they have you waiting for at least 10 minutes in the drive-through and claim that they are busy. When you look in the parking lot, there's nobody even in the store, so I'm not sure if you're shortstaffed or if they're just not efficiently running with the systems that are in place to expedite orders. I am aware that businesses get busy, and are short staffed, but this is every single time I've come to this location no matter what time of day. read more

Service is SLOW. We waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes and there were only two cars ahead of us. Once we got to the window it was complete chaos inside the store. A worker was screaming something about incoming orders, other workers running in the background, and the window worker was so preoccupied with what was going on inside that she never made eye contact with us. She literally had her head turned to the chaos the whole time. We've never had Einstein Bagels before so we just ordered a plain bagel to try. I'm glad we didn't get anything else because the bagel was bad. The cook of the bagel was lopsided and it was stale like it had been sitting in a cabinet for a few days. Definitely won't be back to this location or any others. read more

The website gives the choice of delivery or drive-thru pickup. Well, the drive-thru is slow moving. You have the "order ahead" along with "newly placed" drive-thru orders. There were 6 cars ahead me... making my order just sit and sit. We had to repeat ourselves 3 times to the young lady when we finally made it to the wondow, that we had a pickup order...which was sitting right beside her. Now, we confirmed pickup at the speaker so I didn't understand the disconnect once we pulled up to the window. Instead of handing us order, she made a drink for the next car, handed us the one coffee. She then turned to her right and realized that our order was just sitting right there. Needless to say, coffee was good and the sandwich would've been tastier if it wasn't stone cold. I suggest making the drive-thru two lane wide. That way, the new orders and the online orders are separate. Then, the cars will be able to maneuver around and not have to sit in a long line. I placed my order for 9am pickup and got it an hour later. The parking for handicap is sparse during the morning rush or else I could've/should've gone inside. There's too many restaurants in the area for this headache. read more

Was really happy to see an Einstein Bros. Bagels open up on this side. I'm literally 5 minutes from this new location. I stopped in to get a few bagels and a sandwiches. The cashier was friendly and nice. Took my order and had a few helpful suggestions. Once done, I scooted over and waited. Nice little location, it was clean and had a good amount of seating space. The same cashier came up in 5 minutes with some of my order. Didn't say to wait or anything so I assumed it was all of my order. Good thing I turned and headed back to the counter to ask her if my sandwiches were in the bag? She then said oh - no. They are currently working on those. I waited 10 minutes, watched a few customers who ordered after me get their orders. I think it was the manager on duty who was heading out for her break, stopped and asked if I was waiting on something. I said - yessss. My sandwiches. She then called over to the workers behind the counter, and the same cashier said something about she called it out to the people who were making the sandwiches. I waited another 10 minutes, and I finally stood up to get a refund and just leave the sandwiches. That's when the same cashier saw me, had bagged my sandwiches and headed over to give them to me. She was apologetic. I get it, they were busy. And this location is new, new staff and probably still training. But to wait that long for 2 sandwiches? I really like Einstein Bagels - and really don't wanna drive all the way to the Sahara location (they're really good) just to get my Einstein Bagel fix. Please retrain your staff on getting customers orders out in a timely manner. Other than that - bagels were nice and hot when I got them. They run out of Maple French toast bagels every Saturday unless you get there before 8:30a, even if you see 1 in the basket the workers will tell you it's already used for an order, they never make enough of them. read more
