Rolled ice cream is cool and all, but what we pay for isn't really the ice cream: it's the experience. Watching them pour the liquid ice cream onto the cold surface, chop it, spread it, and roll it is what we're paying for. And Below Zero has blocked off the area where you'd usually watch them work.
