The lobster risotto was flavorful and the serloin with dirty rice was mouth watering. I can't say enough good things about the food and the atmosphere at this restaurant. Thank you so much for the incredible experience. Counting down the days until we eat here again.

Instead, one of the employees--described as a shorter, heavy-set man with a beard working at the front--physically grabbed my 14-year-old nephew by the arm because he apparently thought he was someone else. Let that sink in. An adult employee put his hands on a child before even figuring out who he was. Rather than politely asking a question or apologizing for a case of mistaken identity, his first reaction was to grab a minor. There is absolutely no excuse for that. You don't put your hands on someone else's child. Ever. My nephew was simply there with his family trying to enjoy dinner. No parent should have to worry about an employee assaulting their child because of some mistaken assumption. I am following up with the Dorado Police regarding this incident because I believe it crossed a line that should never be crossed. If management values its reputation, it should review its surveillance footage, identify the employee involved, and take immediate corrective action. Customers deserve to know they can dine here without being subjected to physical confrontations. Until this is addressed, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone--especially families with children. There are too many great restaurants in Puerto Rico to risk having an employee mistake your child for someone else and decide that grabbing them is an acceptable way to handle it. I hope management takes this seriously, because if this happened to my family, it could happen to yours.

The ambiance here is high end and stunning, situated right on the water near the incredible pool. I kicked things off with a miso margarita which was everything I wanted it to be. I had the scallop crudo which was absolute perfection -- fresh and perfectly balanced. I had the Negi-Toro and San Francisco rolls as my mains, which were so unique, rich and fatty the way I like my sushi. We each had a mochi ice cream for dessert - I had the black sesame which was outstanding. Service here was also top notch, attentive and high end. Pro tip - If you're coming from nearby, take an uber vs driving. There's a mandatory valet ($25 validated, $40 non validated).

Soup was mid, a little salty for my taste. Dan dan noodles were delicious, and appreciate the accommodation to swap beef and pork for chicken. Green chicken curry was a miss for both of us, it was very creamy and lacked flavor. We were given these tiny sour lemon treats at the end which we loved. Overall, would definitely come back and try some other dishes if we stay here again.

Started with the butternut squash soup with coconut emulsion that was so good. The bread basket includes 3 types of breads and butters. You will want to eat it all but have to save room. We moved on to the king crab - perfectly cracked and flavorful w/their own house made sauces. It was the best crab I've had outside of Alaska and we live in Seattle where it's plentiful. Next we had the halibut with an amazing crust of hazelnuts and truffles. It may have been even better than the crab, but it was close. The fish came with a taro mash with truffle - and we didn't realize that so we also ordered the potatoes with Burrata and truffle. You can't have enough truffle. Finished with cappuccinos and molten cake. Really excellent experience all around. Don't miss it if you are in the area. I want to go back and try more on the menu. It was that good.

Well, the person who answered didn't provide me with a time or anything after I provided my phone number twice, as if I'm supposed to stand outside the gate from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM waiting for a text message with a code for the gate guard. Well, I never received a text from COA, and when i tried to call back twice after waiting fifteen minutes, nobody answered. I suspect the person was avoiding answering because of the caller ID. Needless fo say, I returned to San Juan and told my team that we'd postpone our dinner meeting until I found somewhere else to eat and discuss business plans. Again, i get the feeling that Deaf people here in Puerto Rico are treated like we don't exist or that we're an inconvenience--second-class citizens, as if my money isn't good enough. As if we do good enough to afford McDonald's, it's an attitude that I've encountered in other parts of the world: India, Brazil, Thailand, to name a few, where accessibility doesnt exist, and Deaf people and people with disabilities are given low expectations. Again, as if hearing and intelligence are linked, which they are not. Since I'm Deaf I must have a low wage job.
