The order process is a little difficult w use they have so many flavors spread out over about 15 feet of displays. Hard to pick what you want without running back and forth to see if you would miss anything! The seating areas were nice and had lots of seating. Disappointed to see that the bathroom was out of order and just had an envelope with a handwritten message on it. Really took away from the experience. But would enjoy again!

The flavors are all extremely unique and it's a mystery what may be in a specific flavor (e.g. Pavlova and mixed berries), but you can try to your heart's content for free. In the end, I doubt there is a "bad" flavor. My favorites were cookieman (like Oreo cookies in a vanilla base) and chocolate cookie. Pistachio was good, but a taster would have sufficed. Rolled ice cream is cool and all, but what we pay for isn't really the ice cream: it's the experience. Watching them pour the liquid ice cream onto the cold surface, chop it, spread it, and roll it is what we're paying for. And Below Zero has blocked off the area where you'd usually watch them work.
