I rescheduled and called two weeks in advance to confirm my appointment. They confirmed it, but when I arrived, I was told that my appointment was actually the day before. When I asked for clarification, they questioned who had confirmed it, even though they do not send email confirmations. Overall, the scheduling and communication are extremely disorganized.
