Before trying on any shoes, I asked one of the staff members if I can return my purchase from here at any NB stores just in case I do. The lady said returns can be made at any NB outlet stores, but it must be an outlet store. Thank you Miss! The lady ended up helping me with my shoe selection. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the shoe I was wearing and what would be a good comparable and/or similar pair for me. I learned that I was wearing the 860 model in men's wide size. I did not know this until now LOL. After a few tries of different styles of shoes, I ended up with a soon to be discontinued 880 model in women's wide size. Thank you so much Miss for your wonderful service and time! I appreciate it. They had 2 specials at the time... buy one pair of shoes at regular price and get another pair of shoes for 50% off or 30% off shoes that had a yellow sticker. I ended up going to a closer location to me, which was still an hour away, to do the exchange in person. I have asked for a store manager to call me back regarding this problem and after 5 days I did get a call back. It was a short talk and they didn't deny the bag was swamped out but mentioned it could have been done accidentally not intentionally. Since I was on a quick work break I didn't want to prolong the talk and I kept it cordial but I dont 100% believe it and intentional or not, ithe carelessness did cause me an unnecessary inconvenience. The cashier gave me a bunch of coupons for other stores in the same outlet center, and also gave me coupons which gives some incentives to return in the near future. This is great, but I don't travel the 15 as commonly as I used to. But it's great for the Yelp community to know nonetheless. The store was pretty well stocked, and the store was clean and well-organized. The staff was friendly, and were working hard to maintain the store in a presentable form. You can also go online and have a much bigger selection if you're fine waiting for it to ship versus having it in hand.
