This was my first time to the Tanger Outlets--and to Bass. I went into multiple apparel stores today and was absolutely over-the-top pleased with my experience at Bass. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Katherine and was shown the products I was looking for. She spent a great deal of time finding out what I was there to buy and why I was there to buy it, the marksmanship of a true sales specialist and customer service expert. She, along with two other associates, demonstrated a genuine concern for my needs and they went above and beyond to help me match shoe colors to clothing. The pricing seems somewhat artificial - everything is "50 off" or more and "buy one get x% off another pair" and the marked prices are very high for many items.
