Liana is genuinely one of the most pleasant and patient people to work with. And when I say she drove ALL over for us, I mean it! We looked everywhere from Valencia to Camarillo and plenty of places in between, and she never hesitated to meet us for a showing. She quickly learned our taste, what we liked and didn't like, and what was actually realistic within our budget. She was great about using the online platform to weed out homes that clearly weren't for us and flagging ones she knew we would want to see. It saved us a lot of time, although we still managed to make her drive all over Southern California! Eventually, we fell in love with a new build. Liana and Roman, who is the broker, worked together to negotiate on our behalf. Our first attempt didn't work out because the seller changed some things that made us uncomfortable and, ultimately, the timing just wasn't right. Neither Liana nor Roman ever pressured us to move forward just to close a deal. They supported our decision to walk away. When the timing felt right again, Liana was actually the one who suggested we go back and take another look at the new builds we had loved so much. Of course, we insisted on looking at a few other homes first, and she happily showed us those too. In the end, nothing compared to the original community. Liana and Roman reached back out and discovered that the price had dropped since our first attempt. You might think that would have been enough, but not for them. They went right back to negotiating and worked to get us the bells and whistles that actually mattered to us. They advocated for us throughout the entire process and made sure we understood what we were agreeing to along the way. Liana was there for all of our walkthroughs, helped us get back into the house before closing when we wanted to check things, and both she and Roman educated us on so many parts of the home-buying process. I sometimes felt bad sending questions at 8:00 at night, but somehow they always seemed to be working and available! When we finally closed, they left the sweetest welcome-home package for us, which was such a thoughtful way to end a long journey. But the relationship didn't end at closing. They came to our housewarming, met our longtime friends, fit right in, and celebrated our new home with us. At the end of the day, Liana and Roman are just really good people. They are patient, knowledgeable, responsive, hardworking, and most importantly, we always felt like they cared about us finding the RIGHT home--not simply getting us to buy a home. It's pretty crazy to think we found them through a Facebook ad. Now they're the people I would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home--and people we're happy to call friends.
