He came to my home within two days to do a detailed estimate. We carefully explored several options. He emailed his estimate to me three days later. I noticed that it was a professional estimate complete with drawings, written warranty, DOPL license number, and costs to install the mitigation system. I did my due diligence by checking with DOPL, BBB, and the State of Utah consumer protection agency. Roger and his company have a spotless record with no complaints. I set the date to install. Roger arrived on time and finished the project that day on time. He worked like a very knowledgeable pro in the basement, garage, attic and up on the roof. He cleaned up all of his work areas. Roger gave me a free Radon test kit which I mailed off a few days after the work was completed. The test came back with a Radon level of 1.1, the best you can get. Now, my wife and I feel a lot safer occupying our basement area. I could not be more pleased with the whole process. My best advice for anyone is to skip the two big companies in Utah who cannot come to your home for 50-60 days after you call them. One big company makes estimates over the phone with a somewhat pushy style. I hope Roger puts his company sign up in my yard to advertise his great work.

Incredible Service & Peace of Mind!…read more Back in late February 2025, we had a nightmare situation--our water heater unexpectedly failed and flooded our entire basement. Water was everywhere, and we had no idea where to start. We called Disaster Professionals, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish! They arrived quickly, assessed the damage, and immediately got to work extracting the water and drying out the space. During their inspection, they discovered an ongoing mold issue that we hadn't even noticed. They walked us through the entire process, carefully removed the affected drywall, treated the area, and replaced everything so it looked as good as new. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making sure our home was safe. I can't recommend Disaster Professionals enough--if you ever find yourself dealing with water damage or mold, these are the experts you want on your side!

When it's not, and the floor begins to bubble up after 7 months, we have a problem. We have an even larger problem when I can't get anyone to return my calls/emails and no chance of this company coming out to correct their subpar work. Communication is phenomenal when they know a check is in the way. Once they have that, don't expect them to stand by their work.

He was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. He offered a free mold test and whatever is needed to ensure my home is safe. He also asked me what value I thought they provided and offered to reimburse the difference in what I was charged. I've never received such empathetic and genuine care from a business owner. After this conversation I really believe this business has its customers best interest in mind and cares about the results they produce. Thank you for your care! **Original Review**The service was $1050 and the person who did it was in our house for less than an hour. He sprayed bleach on the wood and cut a couple inches of sheetrock out. He left it messy even though they charged $260 just for vacuuming. I feel like I could have sprayed my own bleach and saved $1047 dollars. We were still sick after he left and there was still evidence of mold in different places. I would have given one star but he did come back and spray it again after we reached out personally. He was here about fifteen or twenty minutes the second time. Overall really expensive and not really worth it. If I knew they just spray bleach I would have done it myself.

We removed our plants, dog and opened all the cupboard and room doors and our air ventilation system for the fog to penetrate as mold attaches itself to everything especially dust particles. We ran errands and picnicked in the park for four hours and returned. Upon entering, the smell of ozone was heavy but bearable. I called Dave to ask if we could open windows and he said that would be fine. Upon inspection Justin had scrubbed the mold off the shower stall and painted antimicrobial mold paint on the ceiling. He also cleaned the air conditioning filter in our condo air system and put it back in place. We cleaned our air ventilating fans in the two bathrooms and will now make sure to run them before and after our showers along with keeping the bathroom doors open after using them to keep moisture down. The fogging comes with a one year guarantee. This company was prompt, courteous snd answered all my questions. Highly recommend.,

He talked me into buying a membership and said that they would come out for any repairs on appliances, electrical and plumbing and wouldn't charge the initial fee, just the parts and labor would be charged. A month down the road, I had a toilet that was running so I called All Pro to come out to fix it. They told me they would have to replace all the guts inside the toilet and that my pipe coming out of the wall was not compliant with code and that I would need a new pipe with a shut off valve. They said they could not fix the toilet without replacing the pipe. They quoted me 500.00 dollars to fix it. I told them no way and that I had a membership. It shouldn't cost that much to fix a toilet. They got it down to 300.00 but I thought it was still too much. I ended up paying it which I am so mad that I did. It was an astronomical amount. I called the manager and complained and she wouldn't do anything about it. So long story short, you pay for the membership and then they charge 3 times or more to fix anything. It is not a savings. I am very disappointed in this company. They are a rip off. I looked up the cost of the toilet guts and they only cost 25.00, the pipe was 15.00 plus none of my toilets had a pipe with a shut off valve. They wanted to replace all of them. I said NO!!

These guys are INCREDIBLE!!…read more My stop and waste valve failed right up next to my home, and I had water in several rooms in my basement (family room, and a bedroom). I contacted the insurance company, and I was expecting to have to replace walls and carpet. They put me in touch with Utah Flood Guys, and told me that they would be able to handle the water, and just to let UFG do their thing. They knocked it out of the park!!! They arrived right on time, and were super calm and collected while I was peppering them with a whole bunch of questions and opinions. I was concerned that just a few fans would not do the job, and id be worrying about a musty smell and possibly left over water. They understood my concerns and took the time to explain the process, to put me at ease. Their equipment was quite impressive, and it was very clear early on that these guys weren't just placing fans. They knew exactly what they were doing, and they were coordinated, clean, and quiet. I can't stress enough, the piece of mind I felt while watching them work. It was super reassuring. They saved me thousands of dollars of repairs, and increased insurance claims. It has been a few months, and I can tell you that there has never even been a whiff of a moldy and musty smell. They left me with a bone-dry basement, and that is all I could to for. They just nailed it! Utah flood guys did a great job, and I want anybody in the same situation to hopefully see my experience, and know to call these guys, because they will take good care of you. I posted the same review on Google, but as a Mac user, I wanted to leave one here as well.
