We have been with Hive pest control for a while now. We have no issue with the service that they…read moreperform. It is very good and the products that they use do take care of the issues with insects, spiders, and such. We hired them because we have a horrible squirrel problem and nothing that they have tried has had much success. So we have resorted to taking care of the squirrels ourselves. The problem is the poor communication with the owner of the company, Cody. The communication is by text and there have been times when I have texted him and he has never responded or has responded days later. Good communication is obviously something that is paramount in a company that I hire to provide service and it is sad to say that this is what is missing in this company. We may be looking to hire another company due to the poor communciation.
