Since I have a busy day job with an unpredictable schedule, I had to adjust the appointment time a couple times, but Bill was very patient and flexible throughout the process. It seemed that he had to shuffle his original schedule a little to make it work for me. On the day of inspection, Bill arrived at the property on time (before I did actually). He was very thorough and detail oriented throughout the inspection. He also took the time to explain what he saw to me and patiently answered all the questions I had.
