As far as people calling him a "quack" on here... farthest from it. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his field. He will suggest trying homeopathic remedies, but I welcomed that after my experience. I have never ever been one for acupuncture, pressure points, tapping etc. But after going to MULTIPLE specialists, having test after test after test and drug after drug to try and diagnose my issue, Dr. Truong suggested I try acupuncture with him. What did I have to lose, I don't buy into it, but literally nothing was giving me relief from other specialists or medication. 2 days post-first session, I felt the first (albeit marginal) genuine relief from terrible discomfort in over a year. Great doctor. The one downside: reviews are correct, they never answer the phone. Like ever. Or texts. Thankfully I live down the block, and I'll overlook that to continue seeing him.

During my last visit I waited for half an hour to ask her a question after one of her abrupt departures from our exam. She did not even have the courtesy to answer me after the receptionist told her I was waiting. I think AnnMarie needs to take some pointers from Robert and learn better patient care. Parents deserve to have their undivided attention as these services are not free.

The office staff is completely unorganized and don't know what they're doing. They don't care about patients at all. After my appointment I was told to go to the lab. But office never sent reference later to the lab. As a result, I wasted 4 hours in total. I called from the lab to doctor's office who never picked up the call or even replied back. Then I called the doctor's office to send me the reference letter that I can show to the lab to do blood test. I had to call them 12 times (yes 12) and left 4 voice mails before they returned my call after one week. They told me they will gave the paperwork to me (not to the lab). But never followed up. I called them 4 more times. No responses. Basically, they charged me the office visit, charged insurance company for the annual exam, and still didn't do the most basic work. This is borderline illegal. They are plenty of other offices with good doctors and good staff. Go to other offices, not here.

Finding a health center that doesn't charge an obscene amount of money to be seen is always a struggle. It was the closest, same-day appointment center I found on Yelp. They take several types of insurance, including mine which only charged a $10 copay. They even have their own app where you fill out your symptoms and payment information right there. Once I arrived, all I had to worry about was not coughing on the doctor! I got a prescription filled at the in-house pharmacy and was on my merry way about 30 minutes later.
