That being said, the staff that work at the UPS Inwood store are friendly, genuinely helpful, and knowledgeable about the different solutions offered by UPS. Every time my husband and I visit this location, we always walk out and comment to each other about how this employee did an amazing job at diffusing an argument between two customers or how that employee stayed an extra 30 mins past closing time to ensure we had everything we needed from our (massive) on-site print job (yes, both of those are true stories from July 2025). They go above and beyond for every customer that walks in the store, Many of the services that UPS offers are slightly more expensive than places in Inwood; however, I know that I can depend on the staff at the Inwood UPS Store to get our job done *correctly* and *on-time* -- something for which we will gladly pay extra or wait in a line for 10 minutes.
