I planned a redelivery online, which was never delivered. I then called and scheduled a redelivery. Tracked it online and the only status was unexpected delay. This happened the second time I called for a redelivery. Finally I called to find out what happened and the phone agent told me that for reasons she can't figure out, they just never bothered to honor the redelivery request and filed a complaint. She then said it could take a couple days for the manager of the branch to contact me, so I'm now forced to go there to get it since it's now been a week waiting for this package. Fedex is the height of incompetence. I shipped a package to a Walgreens (which Fedex lists on its…read morewebsite as an option to hold shipments for recipients). The employees at Walgreens rejected the package which was then rerouted to a Fedex ship center in a different county than the recipient (who is 84 and does not drive). After at least 7 different calls (and unfilled promises to either reroute the package to the recipient's home or return to me, I was called by someone who told me I need to create an account so that they can charge me to return my package to me (on top of the fee I was charged, for which my package was never delivered). This is completely Fedex's mistake. Deciding to just create the account so that the package can be returned, I went onto the website, where I was told that my address is not in their database, so I cannot create an account. How is this place in business???
