Dr. Batarseh is one of the best doctors there is. He literally saved my life. I went to have an exam and speak about my issue and he did a thourough exam and labs and sent me for tests which ended up being cancer. He has been so supportive and although I now see an oncologist for the cancer, he continues to be my go to doctor as well as my family's doctor for colds,earaches, viral infections, and other common illnesses. My friends, neighbors and family love Dr. Hani. We live close to his office and always go to him when we are sick or need any urgent care. It is so easy to get an appointment and walk-ins. No waiting time or if there is, it's fast. He listens and diagnoses you quickly; you can tell he's experienced and skilled. His assistant is so friendly. We have used him for years and will continue to. Highly recommended. read more

I have been going to Dr. Hani for quite some time. The main reason being his availability. How many times have you called a doctor while you were sick and you get the "earliest the dr can see you is two days from today." Two days from today, I'm already going to start feeling better and I won't bother going! If you are sick and want to start feeling better he will see you as soon as possible, many times I just came in within the hour. read more

Dr Batarseh is a top notch diagnostician. The convenience of the walk-in aspect is also a major benefit. The Doctor takes his time with patients and provides sound advice and suggestions. I will continue to utilize his knowledge, experience and great Doctor/ patient manner read more

They are fast polite and helpful from here the hospital is trash. My family member was here and I would go weekly to see them. I would spend 45 min to an hour and in 3 plus months I saw a nurse or aide in the room 1 time. Alarms would buzz to the point I would have to go to the desk and ask. They would tell me they can monitor from their computer and nothing was wrong. Ok it's also dirty! This is unacceptable. The people in charge of this group should be fired is not more! And parent company should be held liable for the lack of care anyone gets in the long term unit. One time I went in found 5 gloves on the floor and plastic wrappers the safety can in the room for gloves and PPE overflowing I went to the desk to ask what was going on and was told some of the staff spoke only Spanish ok so I said in Spanish why is the room a mess and got no answer. There was clear neglect and frankly this hospital needs to be shut down and its leadership should never get a job in medicine again.want to see why healthcare costs are so high look to this hospital and its practices 0 Stars it makes me leave 1
