They respect their patients' time: if you make an appointment and go in, you won't wait more than 20 minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Ramos is a very professional and caring podiatrist. Most importantly he is an honest man and is very realistic about what you should be expecting during the healing process. And he cares enough to PERSONALLY CALL YOU after a surgical procedure to check up on you. I've had a few surgeries done on my foot from Dr. Ramos and his bedside manners are professional and he cracks jokes to calm his patients down. The staff always are smiling and are in a good mood and will answer your questions if they can. The facility is also bilingual - the entire staff speaks Spanish and English which makes it easier for Spanish-speaking customers. If you have foot problems give Dr. Ramos a try. And be patient. He's a doctor not a magician. Follow his instructions on how to take care of your feet and you will help the healing and minimise the pain. I highly recommend this place to everybody. Worst part of Dr. Ramos: his jokes are sometimes lame. Lol!!!

His office is always very clean and professional. All the front desk receptionists are courteous and try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. My 95-year-old mother was under Dr. Olivieri's care for over 25 years, and she was always very comfortable and felt safe. The doctor was always gentle with her. Many other family members have also received excellent foot care from Dr. Olivieri. I have always highly recommend Dr. Olivieri to all my friends and family for many many years. His practice is open six days a week until 7:30 PM. It's unheard of to find a doctor who practices and serves patients six days a week! I've been going to him for 25 years and will continue to do so to keep my feet healthy. Highly recommended!

Lastly, there is not the normal greed in his office, where custom orthopedics are very reasonable and co-payments are mostly not taken. You shall be hard-pressed to locate & see a better, nicer doctor, who cares as much, and also gives such complete care.
